<p><b>Job Description:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>The BCC Officer provides technical and programmatic oversight for all behavior change communication</li>
<li>S/he plans, implements, monitors and reports on the activities specified in the BCC work plan, and guided by the District Coordinator</li>
<li>The BCC Officer&rsquo;s work will include development of BCC messages and materials, and training/capacity building of local staff and counterparts and oversight of BCC activities by local staff and international consultants</li>
<li>Manage all advocacy and BCC activities at district and community levels in collaboration with District Coordinator</li>
<li>Compile the BCC records and update data bases.</li>
<li>Assist in LLIN distribution at community/ANC levels.</li>
<li>Assist District CO to plan Advocacy events at district and community levels</li>
<li>Conduct advocacy and BCC activities in line with the monthly and quarterly workplans.</li>
<li>Provide BCC related logistical support to all community based centers.</li>
<li>Collect and computerized BCC data</li>
<li>Carry out field visits to support BCC and advocacy activities at facility and community levels.</li>
<li>Provide regular feed back on Advocacy / BCC events to District coordinatoron on regular basis</li>
<li>Ensure that all BCC record gets entered into the LHWs/LHS diaries and authencity of CBO/LHW documents</li>
<li>Assist in other admin and logistics related functions as needed</li>
<li>Maintain record of all activities at district office.</li>
<li>Provide support in all activities including data entry as assigned by the district coordinator</li>
<li>Carry out regular field visits to support and monitor BCC in all target districts</li>
<li>Provide regular feedback on project activities to District Coordinator on regular basis</li>
<li>Review the behavior change communication and community engagement strategies, knowledge base, information, education and communication (IEC) materials, practices and the gaps in BCC for program and elimination in the region</li>
<li>Provide expertise in social science methods for monitoring and evaluation of BCC, community mobilization and advocacy including specific components working with mobile populations and high risk populations</li>

<p><b>Job Description:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and adapt an SBCC strategy tailored to community needs and cultural context to address immunization barriers.</li>
<li>Identify target audiences, behavioral determinants, and key messaging for zero-dose and under-immunized children.</li>
<li>Develop a work plan aligned with Immunization Schedule timelines for the districts and follow it.</li>
<li>Manage all SBCC and advocacy activities in the districts under the supervision of Program lead</li>
<li>Implement, monitor, and report on SBCC and advocacy activities following provided guidelines and training.</li>
<li>Determine training needs of the staff and train frontline workers, community mobilizers, and local health staff on interpersonal communication and community engagement.</li>
<li>Carry out field visits to support and monitor SBCC in all districts.</li>
<li>Develop tools and establish a mechanism for recording all SBCC-and advocacy related activities during the project duration.</li>
<li>Identify key indicators on SBCC data</li>
<li>SBCC data analysis and tailoring the training modules on the basis of data outcome/data findings</li>
<li>Provide regular feed back on SBCC &amp; advocacy activities to Program lead on a regular basis.</li>
<li>Conduct stakeholder consultations as per need.</li>
<li>Ensure timely provision of all SBCC related material in all districts.</li>
<li>Document all SBCC and advocacy activities conducted throughout the project period in all districts and compile these in a comprehensive report with quality photographs.</li>

Job Description:</b></p>

1) Manage IHHN district office; warehouse district level team.</p>

2) Maintain close liaison with district counterparts on all technical and operational aspects of the program.</p>

3) Provide regular feedback on project activities to PMU Islamabad on regular basis.</p>

4) In coordination with the district health authorities, organize capacity building training, workshop, meetings for the staff of public and private health facilities on various Grant interventions.</p>

6) Regularly organize coordination meetings at districts levels, share meeting minutes with Program Manager and act on action points raised in the meetings.</p>

7) In Collaboration with PMU teams, conduct need assessments and surveys.</p>

8) To participate in training arranged by PMU Islamabad.</p>

9) Strictly follow monthly and quarterly program implementation plans.</p>

11) To provide data in orderly manner for quarterly progress update at PMU Islamabad.</p>
