Job Title: Purchase Executive &ndash; Battery, UPS &amp; InverterDepartment: Purchase / ProcurementLocation: Office / Site SupportJob Responsibilities:<ul><li>Procurement of batteries (Lead Acid / Lithium), UPS, inverters, and electrical items</li><li>Vendor identification, comparison, and price negotiation</li><li>Preparing purchase orders (PO) and follow-up for timely delivery</li><li>Coordination with suppliers, stores, and accounts team</li><li>Checking material specifications as per technical requirements</li><li>Maintaining purchase records, vendor database, and documentation</li><li>Ensuring quality, warranty, and delivery compliance</li><li>Handling urgent and breakdown purchase requirements</li><li>Supporting inventory control and stock planning</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Knowledge:<ul><li>Knowledge of batteries, UPS systems, inverters, and electrical components</li><li>Understanding of technical specifications and BOQ</li><li>Vendor management and negotiation skills</li><li>Basic knowledge of GST, invoices, and procurement process</li><li>MS Excel, email drafting, and ERP (if applicable)</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent</li><li>Certification in supply chain or purchase (preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>1&ndash;4 years in purchase/procurement (Battery / UPS / Electrical industry preferred)</li></ul>Additional Requirements:<ul><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li><li>Ability to handle multiple vendors and timelines</li><li>Immediate joiners preferred (optional)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
