<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Role Overview</b></h3>
<p>
The Presales Manager will lead technical solution design and presales activities for IT and network-based security system projects, primarily targeting government clients through tender based procurement process. The role involves collaborating with OEM&rsquo;s, sales, and project teams to deliver compelling, compliant, and competitive solutions for government tenders and direct nominations.</p>

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3>
<p><b>
1. Solution Design &amp; Technical expertise</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Identify potential projects from tender information databases and sales team.</li>
<li>Analyze RFPs/RFQs documents to define solution requirements from PQ, TQ and solution components.</li>
<li>Design integrated electronic security systems (CCTV, access control, fire alarm, traffic management, smart city solutions, etc.) with a through focus on IT and network architecture along with other components of edge and core.</li>
<li>Prepare technical proposals, system architectures, and compliance matrices. Coordinate with OEMs for documentation and solution designs.</li>
<li>Conduct site surveys and assessments to ensure solution feasibility.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>2. Presales Support</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop winning proposals.</li>
<li>Present solutions to government stakeholders, consultants, and technical committees.</li>
<li>Coordinate with OEMs and internal teams for optimal product selection and pricing strategy.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>3. Tender Bid Management</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the preparation of technical documentation for bid submission in compliance with RFP requirements.</li>
<li>Ensure all solutions meet government standards, compliance, and cybersecurity requirements.</li>
<li>Support the sales team in negotiations and technical clarifications.</li>
<li>Compile (Bid stitching) &amp; Upload bid documents in compliance with RFP directions.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>4. Stakeholder Engagement</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain relationships with OEMs and conduct regular presentation by them for updating the team.</li>
<li>Act as a technical advisor for pre-bid meetings, solution presentations in bids, and solution workshops for organisation teams.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>5. Market &amp; Technology Intelligence</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Monitor emerging technologies, government policies, and competitor offerings in the security and IT domain.</li>
<li>Provide feedback to sales and project teams for solution enhancement.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Candidate Requirements</b></h2>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Education:</b></h3>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, Computer Science, or related field.</li>
<li>Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent in networking/security are an advantage.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Experience:</b></h3>
<ul><li>4-5 years of presales or solution design experience with System Integrator or Consultant in IT/network/security projects, with at least 2-3 years in government sector projects.</li>
<li>Proven track record in handling large government tenders and technical presentations.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Technical Skills:</b></h3>
<ul><li>Strong knowledge of network design, security systems integration, and IT infrastructure.</li>
<li>Ability to read and create technical drawings (AutoCAD, Visio, etc.).</li>
<li>Familiarity with government procurement processes and standards.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Personal Attributes:</b></h3>
<ul><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.</li>
<li>Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and site visits.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Language:</b></h3>
<ul><li>Proficiency in English (mandatory); knowledge of Hindi or other local languages is an advantage.</li></ul><br>
