The HR Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for various roles within the automobile sector &mdash; including technical, sales, service, and support positions. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates while ensuring alignment with company standards and manpower requirements.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Understand manpower requirements from different departments (sales, service, workshop, administration, etc.).</li><li>Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.</li><li>Source candidates through job portals, social media (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.), campus drives, referrals, and apprenticeship programs.</li><li>Conduct initial screening, telephonic interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for further evaluation.</li><li>Maintain candidate pipelines for future requirements.</li><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment documentation including offer letters, joining formalities, and HRMS updates.</li><li>Coordinate onboarding, induction, and orientation of new hires.</li><li>Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports regularly.</li><li>Support HR initiatives such as trainee management, NAPS/NATS programs, and employee engagement activities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations during the recruitment process.</li></ul>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR / Business Administration/ MBA in HR preferred.Experience: 1&ndash;3 years of experience in recruitment (automobile or manufacturing industry preferred).Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;13,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
