Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure timely and compliant execution of denim export shipments.</li><li>Review sales contracts, PIs, and buyer manuals for shipment requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with production, QA, and warehouse for shipment readiness.</li><li>Arrange freight bookings (sea/air), secure container allocation, and meet cut-off deadlines.</li><li>Oversee inspections, container stuffing, sealing, and gate-in procedures.</li><li>Prepare and verify export documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, Certificate of Origin, Form-A/REX, and buyer-specific formats.</li><li>Manage customs clearance through PSW/WeBOC and liaise with clearing agents.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Pakistan customs, SBP, and export regulations.</li><li>Handle LC/TT/Collection documentation, ensuring error-free bank submissions.</li><li>Follow up for timely payment realization and reconcile with Finance.</li><li>Update ERP and shipment trackers with ETD, ETA, freight, and charges.</li><li>Monitor vessel schedules and proactively inform buyers of delays.</li><li>Analyze freight, demurrage, and clearance trends for cost optimization.</li><li>Coordinate with buyers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, banks, chamber, and customs agents.</li><li>Maintain shipment records for audits, rebates, and compliance reporting.</li><li>Achieve KPIs: on-time shipments, documentation accuracy, zero discrepancies, minimal demurrage, and timely payment realization.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s in Supply Chain, International Trade, or Business (MBA preferred).</li><li>2&ndash;4 years&rsquo; export/shipping experience in textiles or apparel (denim preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020, export banking, and Pakistan customs/PSW.</li><li>ERP proficiency, advanced MS Excel, and professional communication skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Export in Garment Industry: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Lahore (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In personApplication Deadline: 23/08/2025
