Ensures proper inventory management and maintains records in compliance with company policies.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, tools, and equipment.</li><li>Maintain proper storage of materials to avoid damage, theft, or loss.</li><li>Issue materials and tools to site teams as per approved requisitions.</li><li>Keep accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and issues.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and raise purchase requisitions when stock is low.</li><li>Ensure proper labeling, coding, and binning of materials.</li><li>Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification of materials.</li><li>Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and site teams for smooth material flow.</li><li>Maintain documentation such as GRN (Goods Receipt Note), Issue Slips, and Stock Registers.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and housekeeping in the store.</li><li>Handle return of excess or unused materials from sites.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Education: Diploma/Graduate (preferably in Mechanical/Material Management).</li><li>Experience: 1&ndash;5 years as a Store Keeper in construction/mechanical industry.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Knowledge of construction materials, piping, fittings, and mechanical tools.</li><li>Inventory management and record-keeping.</li><li>Familiarity with ERP/Inventory software and MS Excel.</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Mechanical field only (diploma /BE) Site Engineer/ Mechanical Engineer ( pipe)Experience : 2 to 5 yrWe are seeking a qualified Site engineer (Mechanical) to oversee the planning, design, and implementation of mechanical systems for construction projects, The role involves coordination with other disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Key Responsibilities:</li><li>Supervise and monitor daily piping works at site to ensure progress as per project schedule.</li><li>Review and interpret piping drawings, isometrics, P&amp;IDs, and general arrangement drawings.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other disciplines for smooth execution.</li><li>Ensure proper material handling, storage, and availability at site.</li><li>Conduct fit-up, alignment, and welding inspections as per project quality standards.</li><li>Prepare daily progress reports, manpower reports, and submit to site management.</li><li>Monitor and control site safety practices as per HSE standards.</li><li>Verify and record material consumption against BOQ.</li><li>Support hydrotesting, flushing, and pre-commissioning activities of piping systems.</li><li>Liaise with QA/QC engineers for inspections and approvals.</li><li>Resolve technical/site issues in coordination with engineering and design teams.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
