Job Overview</b></h4>
<p>
We are seeking a multidisciplinary <b>Graphic Designer</b> to join and help guide our creative team. As one of our lead brand designers, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a wide range of design projects including brand systems, UX/UI, print, events, paid media, presentations, and production needs. You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with fellow designers, project managers, and marketing personnel to deliver cohesive and compelling visual solutions for our industrial B2B clients. This is a full-time, hybrid role with flexibility to work from anywhere, but must be in-office on occasion. Candidates must be available during EST time zone for team and client collaboration.</p>
<h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h4>
<ul><li>Develop and implement branding systems from concept to completion (logos, typography, color palettes, imagery, graphic elements, patterns).</li>
<li>Present bold, compelling ideas to internal leadership and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Confidently articulate visual concepts to clients and advocate for design excellence.</li>
<li>Collaborate on UX/UI design for websites and mobile applications.</li>
<li>Mentor junior designers and contribute to peer reviews to elevate team output.</li>
<li>Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance team capabilities.</li>
</ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Skills Needed</b></h4>
<ul><li>Strong visual design skills across branding, digital, and print.</li>
<li>Excellent presentation and communication abilities.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD).</li>
<li>Experience with 3D tools (Cinema4D, Unreal, Blender) and generative AI for concept development is highly desirable.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.</li>
</ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Knowledge Required</b></h4>
<ul><li>Deep understanding of brand strategy and graphic design principles (composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy).</li>
<li>Familiarity with UX/UI design standards and user-centered design practices.</li>
<li>Awareness of B2B marketing and industrial branding nuances.</li>
</ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Ability to Implement</b></h4>
<ul><li>Translate strategic brand goals into visual systems that resonate with industrial audiences.</li>
<li>Confidently contribute to client meetings and internal reviews.</li>
<li>Manage multiple projects with agility and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Support and mentor team members to foster a collaborative creative culture.</li>
<li>Must be able to present a portfolio demonstrating that you are a visionary designer with a total understanding of brand strategy and graphic design principles (composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, etc.) and sophisticated art direction across a wide range of visual mediums - preferably within the technology sector.</li>
<li>At least some existing professional experience, ideally at an agency, but ready to consider any great portfolio regardless of previous experience</li>
