This paid position offers an exciting opportunity for someone eager to develop their office management skills in a fast-paced setting.Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette.</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, handling inquiries and routing calls with clarity and courtesy.</li><li>Oversee calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating logistics for staff and executives.</li><li>Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software tools.</li><li>Handle clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, organizing supplies, and managing correspondence.</li><li>Assist with bookkeeping, human resources, and safety tasks,</li><li>Support office management functions including supply ordering, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring equipment functionality.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; bilingual abilities are a plus.</li><li>Experience with phone etiquette, data entry, filing systems, and proofreading documents.</li><li>Familiarity with office management practices such as calendar management, time management strategies, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools.</li><li>Previous experience in roles such as medical or dental receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous but not required.
