Job Title: Marketing ExecutiveLocation: Tiruchirapalli, Tamil NaduReports To: Marketing manager / Business Development Head Location: Kattur, Trichy Employment Type: Full-TimeRole OverviewThe Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities to promote the company&rsquo;s products/services, generate leads, improve brand visibility, and support business growth through both online and offline marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals</li><li>Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs</li><li>Generate leads through field marketing, digital platforms, and networking activities</li><li>Coordinate with the sales team to support customer acquisition and conversions</li><li>Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, exhibitions, and product launches</li><li>Manage social media pages and support digital marketing activities (posts, ads, content coordination)</li><li>Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, banners, and email campaigns</li><li>Track and report marketing performance, leads, and campaign effectiveness</li><li>Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and advertising agencies</li><li>Monitor competitor activities and market trends</li><li>Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Good presentation and negotiation skills</li><li>Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet targets</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li><li>Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>0&ndash;2 years of experience in marketing or business development (Freshers can also apply)</li></ul>CTC &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary: 15000 to 25000</li><li>Performance-based incentives</li><li>Career growth opportunities</li></ul>Working Hours[Office timing : 9:00AM &ndash; 7:00 PM]Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
