 Under the guidance of senior engineers and specialists, you will learn to install, calibrate, and maintain sophisticated analytical equipment used in the industrial and energy sectors. This position offers a unique "ground-floor" opportunity to grow alongside our expanding operations in the Kingdom.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Technical Assistance: Support senior technicians in the installation and commissioning of high-precision scientific instruments.

 Preventative Maintenance: Learn to perform routine checks, cleaning, and basic repairs to ensure equipment uptime.
 </li>

 Calibration &amp; Compliance: Assist in calibrating instruments according to Saudi Arabian and international standards
 </li>

 Documentation: Maintain accurate digital logs of service reports, equipment performance, and spare parts inventory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Safety Adherence: Strictly follow facility HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols and Saudi industrial regulations.
 </li>

 Customer Support: Accompany the field service team to client sites to learn professional communication and troubleshooting.

 Requirements &amp; Qualifications

 Education: Recent Diploma or Associate Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Applied Physics, or a related technical field.

 Language Skills: Proficiency in English (technical manuals are in English); Arabic required.

 Aptitude: Strong mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills and a desire to work with "hands-on" technology.

The Role

We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Sales Coordination Intern to join our team. You won't just be &quot;helping out&quot;&mdash;you will be the engine that allows our sales team to move faster and reach more people with life-saving technology. This is an administrative and operational role designed for someone who wants to understand the inner workings of a global B2B sales organization.

Your Responsibilities

As a Sales Coordination Intern, you will support the sales team through several key pillars:

<li>CRM &amp; Data Stewardship: Maintain and audit our CRM (Salesforce) to ensure lead data, account ownership, and contact details are pristine.</li>
<li>Sales Enablement: Help prepare customer-facing materials, including slide decks, case studies, and technical whitepapers, tailored to specific industries like Mining, Oil &amp; Gas, or Manufacturing.</li>
<li>Administrative Support: Assist with the drafting of sales quotes, NDAs, and basic service agreements.</li>
<li>Pipeline Management: Support Sales Managers in tracking deal progress and ensuring that no lead is left without a follow-up.</li>
<li>Market Intelligence: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor movements to help our team refine their value proposition.</li>
<li>Customer Experience: Act as a bridge between Sales and Customer Success to ensure a smooth handoff once a life-saving solution is sold.</li>
