<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">What You&rsquo;ll Do</h3>
As a Quality Inspection Supervisor, you&rsquo;ll ensure products meet customer expectations and company standards while leading and developing your team.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Set up and manage new inspections, sorting, and project requirements</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards</li>
<li>Communicate customer concerns and operational issues to management</li>
<li>Supervise Team Leaders and Inspectors to ensure performance and adherence to instructions</li>
<li>Oversee scheduling, staffing, and daily logistics</li>
<li>Ensure all project documentation is accurate and complete</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to support customer needs</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">What You Bring (Required Qualifications)</h3>
<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, assembly or production environment (required &ndash; candidates without this will not be considered)</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to lead teams, enforce standards, and hold employees accountable for performance and safety</li>
<li>Proven track record of solving operational problems quickly and making sound decisions under pressure</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly direct teams and professionally interact with customers and management.</li>
<li>Highly effective organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint) required</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Physical Requirements</h3>
<ul><li>Ability to pass a near-vision assessment</li>
<li>Stand for extended periods on various surfaces</li>
<li>Frequent bending and repetitive hand movements</li>
<li>Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly (occasionally more)</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Compensation &amp; Benefits</h3>
<ul><li>Pay: $23.00 &ndash; $27.00 per hour</li>
