About the Role
We&rsquo;re looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead and evolve our marketing efforts across digital and traditional channels. In this hands-on role, you&rsquo;ll drive brand consistency, lead campaign strategy, manage content creation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with company growth goals.

What You&rsquo;ll Do
Brand &amp; Strategy<ul><li>
Build and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals.</li><li>
Elevate and maintain a consistent brand voice across all customer touchpoints.</li><li>
Partner with leadership to shape short- and long-term marketing plans.</li></ul>
Campaign Management<ul><li>
Design and deploy multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, web, print, social, events, etc.).</li><li>
Collaborate with sales and business development to align messaging and generate qualified leads.</li><li>
Develop marketing materials (e.g., brochures, and digital assets) to support initiatives.</li></ul>
Digital &amp; Social Media<ul><li>
Own and grow our digital presence&mdash; website, email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM.</li><li>
Plan and execute social media campaigns, monitor analytics, and engage with followers.</li><li>
Track user engagement and translate insights into actionable strategy improvements.</li></ul>
Performance &amp; Reporting<ul><li>
Establish and report on KPIs to measure marketing performance.</li><li>
Analyze competitor insights and customer behavior to optimize campaigns.</li><li>
Present regular reports on campaign impact and recommendations for areas of improvement.</li></ul>
Vendor &amp; Event Coordination<ul><li>
Manage relationships with creative vendors, agencies, printers, and contractors.</li><li>
Plan and execute marketing events, conferences, and trade shows from concept to post-event analysis.</li></ul>
Requirements:

What You Bring<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.</li><li>3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a fast-paced or B2B environment. Startup experience is a plus.</li></ul>
&bull; Proven ability to manage both strategic planning and hands-on execution.&bull; Strong writing and storytelling skills with an eye for design. Variety of writing experience (press releases, social media and presentations).<ul><li>Leadership qualities &ndash; staff management experience is a plus</li><li>Deep vendor management and project management experience</li><li>Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, WordPress (or other CMS), Google Analytics, SEO/SEM platforms, and social media scheduling tools (Oktopost).</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and email platforms (e.g., Constant Contact).</li><li>Strong analytical skills &mdash; experience using data to drive decisions and optimize performance.</li><li>Highly organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.</li><li>Major events and tradeshow management experience is needed</li></ul>
