Job Title: Operations Executive Location: Bangalore Experience: 1&ndash;4 years Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Fashion &amp; Apparel &ndash; Sustainable Indo-Western WearRole Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our daily operations, inventory movement, online order fulfilment, and internal coordination, while also contributing to financial tracking and reporting. You will work closely with the founder and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless business operations, stakeholder alignment, and marketing support.Key Responsibilities: Daily Operations Management: Oversee and execute daily office tasks to support smooth internal functioning.Inventory &amp; Logistics Coordination: Track inventory levels, manage inward and outward movement of merchandise, and coordinate with stores, warehouses, and courier partners.Online Order Management &amp; Fulfilment: Monitor online orders across platforms (website, marketplaces), ensure timely processing, packaging, and dispatch, and handle customer service escalations if required.ERP System Usage: Work with ERP platforms (e.g., Zoho, Unicommerce, or similar) for inventory tracking, order processing, and documentation accuracy.Documentation &amp; Dispatch: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation such as invoices, delivery challans, shipping manifests, and GRNs.Store Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact between head office and retail stores for merchandise flow, inventory status, and restocking needs.Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between the founder and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, assist in material distribution, and track basic campaign metrics.Financial Reporting: Prepare financial and operational reports including budget summaries, expense tracking, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.Support for Strategic Initiatives: Assist in the implementation of new business strategies, process improvements, and internal events or brand activations.Required Skills &amp; Qualifications: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.1&ndash;4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or administrative roles (experience in fashion/lifestyle/e-commerce brands preferred).Strong command over MS Excel, Google Sheets, and digital tools.Hands-on experience with ERP/order management systems like Zoho, Unicommerce, Shopify backend, etc.Excellent organizational and communication skills.High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving attitude and ownership mindset.Why Work With Us?
