 We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring for data analytics and technology roles. The position involves sourcing top talent through innovative strategies, managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure strong role alignment. The role also supports employer branding initiatives and leverages recruitment analytics to optimise hiring efficiency and quality.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 Talent Sourcing &amp; Acquisition
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify, attract, and engage candidates for roles in data analytics, data science, BI, and related fields.
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking events to build pipelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop creative sourcing strategies to target passive candidates.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Recruitment Process Management
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired skill sets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.

 Employer Branding
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Promote the companys culture and opportunities to attract top analytics talent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the organization at career fairs, industry events, and university programs.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Data-Driven Recruitment
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness).
 </li>
 <li>
 Use analytics to improve hiring strategies and optimise processes.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience (35 years) in recruitment, preferably within data analytics, IT, or technology sectors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of analytics roles (Data Analyst, Data Scientist, BI Developer, ML Engineer, Data Engineer).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
