<b>Key Duties:</b></div>
<ul><li>Develop forecasts and cashflow statements</li>
<li>Maintain financial records for client companies by analysing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.</li>
<li>Assist with day-to-day operations of the Finance department, including filing, report generation, budget review, etc.</li>
<li>Process weekly payroll accurately and timely.</li>
<li>Maintain accounting documents and records, ensuring all files are up to date.</li>
<li>Raise invoices</li>
<li>Chasing overdue invoices</li>
<li>Perform monthly Bank Reconciliation of various banks with system generated ledger.</li>
<li>Maintain, record and reconcile cash .</li>
</ul><div><b>Requirements:</b></div>
<ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Strong work ethic</li>
<li>Able to work independently with minimum supervision</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to priorities projects to meet tight deadlines.</li></ul></div>
