<b>Responsibilities:</b><br>
<ul><li>Manage and oversee all MEP installations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
</li><li>Coordinate MEP work with general construction activities to maintain project schedules and avoid conflicts.
</li><li>Work closely with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
</li><li>Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and resolve any field issues.
</li><li>Review MEP drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change orders to ensure accuracy and constructability.
</li><li>Ensure compliance with local building codes, industry standards, and project-specific requirements.
</li><li>Lead MEP coordination meetings to address sequencing, logistics, and potential challenges.
</li><li>Track material deliveries, installation progress, and manpower requirements to keep projects on schedule.
</li><li>Assist in developing and managing the project budget for MEP scopes of work.
</li><li>Provide technical guidance and support to the field team and subcontractors.
</li></ul><div><b>Qualifications:</b></div>
<div><ul><li><b>Experience:</b> 10+ years of experience in construction management, with extensive Superintendent experience with a strong background in MEP systems.</li>
<li>A strong background in overseeing projects with historical restoration and complex MEP infrastructure (Geothermal wells/heat, Solar power, commercial swimming pools preferred).</li>
<li><b>Technical Skills:</b> Strong understanding of MEP systems, drawings, and coordination tools.</li>
<li><b>Communication</b>: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage the team appropriately to ensure efficient project execution.</li>
