<div>General Job Summary:
Under the general direction of the Regional Clinical Manager, Family Services - Tissue, the Tissue Family Services Coordinator 1 (TFSC 1) is responsible for coordinating a wide range of support for potential tissue/eye donor families. Information is to be articulated in an easily understood and accurate manner to families whose ability to process information is impaired by emotionally traumatic circumstances. Infinite Legacy&rsquo;s Tissue Family Services Coordinator 1 coordinates and facilitates emotional support during and after the discussion of the donation process. Rapport is established with donor families, Infinite Legacy team members, and hospital staff involved in the donation process. The Tissue FSC I will be aware and sensitive to diversity of all kinds (cultural, religious, educational, etc.) while working with families and hospital staff. 
Education and Experience:<ul><li>
Master&rsquo;s degree at an accredited college or university in social work, counseling, psychology, nursing, or related degree. Bachelor&rsquo;s degree will be considered if relevant experience is met.</li><li>
1- 2 years&rsquo; experience in an acute health care setting (preferred), hospice, bereavement counseling center, crisis intervention, etc. where there was active involvement in issues involving death, dying, grief and loss.</li></ul> 
Required Skills/Abilities:<ul><li>
Ability to interact with grieving families in a supportive, empathic manner while taking into consideration actual or potential cultural diversities.</li><li>
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing to provide information to donor families, recipients, health care personnel and the general public.</li></ul><ul><li>
Ability to comfortably use technology to access and utilize Infinite Legacy databases, draft letters, send/receive email, and access the Internet for vital information/resources to assist donor families. Must have the ability to connect to the Internet safely with speeds capable of supporting both a VoIP phone and laptop. The requirements for such can change at any time and the user must be able to able to maintain current technologies.</li><li>
Must be highly accountable and able to work autonomously. Must possess a high level of self-motivation and well-developed time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Tissue FSCs will do twelve 12-hour shifts per month in addition to simulation time with both external and internal partners, team, and organizational meetings.</li></ul> 
Duties/Responsibilities:<ul><li>
The Tissue FSC I will establish initial contact over the phone with the potential donor family and offer the option of tissue and eye donation in accordance with all state, federal and industry related regulations. Provides the family with a copy of an authorization or disclosure, Document of Gift if applicable and completes the medical/social history proficiently.</li><li>
The Tissue FSC I will provide trauma, grief, and bereavement support services for the family over the phone during initial contact. Tissue FSC I will identify if additional support is needed and connect the family with local hospital or community resources to provide additional support. In addition, the plans for grief and bereavement services will be communicated to the Aftercare Team at Infinite Legacy who is responsible for following the donor family after donation.</li><li>
Completes all necessary documentation within the time limits established by Infinite Legacy and its regulatory bodies.</li><li>
Collaborates with local funeral homes and whole-body donation programs to ensure that the donor family is supported, and the funeral home or whole-body donation program is aware of the tissue recovery process.</li><li>
Works in conjunction with appropriate Infinite Legacy staff during local tissue and eye cases. Collaborates closely with clinical personnel, DSC, Tissue AOC, HS, and TR during donor management to ensure that donor families&rsquo; needs are communicated to the Infinite Legacy team in addition to ensuring all case logistics are being communicated effectively to support donor and family needs during the donation process.</li><li>
Triages phone calls from families that are received from the Donor Services Center as it pertains to tissue donation needs, hospice referrals and medical evaluation for donation. At times collaboration with Hospice RNs, Nursing Homes or Assisted Living Facilities are needed to ensure the donors wishes can be honored.</li><li>
Navigates sensitive conversations as it pertains to the rejection of tissues post donation process. Initiates follow-up support over the phone to donor families as it relates to offering donor in spirit post donation should tissues be rejected or not able to be transplanted.</li><li>
Facilitates communication with outside OPO&rsquo;s who require local registry checks within IL&rsquo;s DSA. This includes DC, VA, and MD registry checks in a timely manner.</li><li>
Initiates follow-up support to donor and non-donor families when appropriate and is responsible for ensuring effective communication and documentation of aftercare components within the time limits established by Infinite Legacy and its regulatory bodies.</li><li>
Participates in continuing education as identified by the Family Services Manager &ndash; Tissue. This could be but is not limited to conversation coaching, SIM, educational seminars, and classes.</li><li>
Attend regularly scheduled Infinite Legacy staff meetings, FS team meetings, and case review.</li></ul> 
Working Conditions:<ul><li>
Frequent prolonged use of computer screens may produce visual fatigue.</li><li>
Requires potential travel to donor hospitals, donor&rsquo;s family home for support during maternal blood draw process, off-site meetings, and Infinite Legacy functions in all weather conditions.</li><li>
Possible exposure to communicable diseases, hazardous materials, pharmacological agents with little likelihood of harm if established health precautions are followed.</li><li>
This position does not meet criteria to be eligible for Infinite Legacy&rsquo;s flexible scheduling program.</li><li>
Tissue FSCs are considered essential personnel and are expected to be available to work in inclement weather conditions.</li><li>
This position has a workload that is 100% clinical.</li><li>
Manual dexterity sufficient to operate telephones and computers.</li><li>
Ability to accurately communicate, converse, and exchange information in English over the telephone and in person.</li><li>
Computer literacy in a Microsoft Windows environment and demonstrated competency in the use of Microsoft Office software programs.</li><li>
This position is Level 2 &ndash; Minimal level of exposure to Bloodborne Pathogens and TB. Employees may at times be in a hospital setting and may have exposure to packaged organs and tissues for transplant and/or research.</li></ul>

<div>General Job Summary:
Under the general direction of the Regional Office Manager, and in accordance with protocols and procedures established by the organization, the Organizational Support Coordinator (OSC), Administrative Services will be responsible for working with the Administration team to coordinate and complete a variety of projects, events, day-to-day activities and provide administrative support for various departments based on organizational needs. The OSC, Administrative Services may have departmental specialties and will be crossed trained in various areas to provide support as needed.
This position requires regular interaction with the public, management, and employees. Discretion, ability to work autonomously and ability to use good judgment in establishing priorities and meeting deadlines is required. Position may require coming in prior to or staying after core business hours to complete assigned tasks. Position has in-office requirements based on departmental scheduling and needs. 
Education and Experience:<div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li><li>
Demonstrated skill and knowledge of administrative support and receptionist procedures, generally acquired through 2 - 4 years of related work experience.</li></ul></div>

Proficient user of all Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>
Customer-service oriented self-starter who can work with or without direct supervision. Must be capable of quickly assessing the organization&rsquo;s needs and providing support.</li><li>

Duties/Responsibilities:<div><ul><li>
Serves as the administrative point of contact for various department leaders. Assists with calendar management as requested and takes minutes at departmental meetings upon request.</li><li>
Manages office supplies and individual department supplies, to include ordering, receiving and distribution utilizing BTM (Infinite Legacy&rsquo;s inventory management system). Ensures supplies are organized and available for use. Gathers costs comparisons with multiple vendors to achieve the best price staying with in department budget and meeting department needs. All purchases will be reviewed and approved by the Regional Office Manager, or department manager, as it relates to the item being purchased.</li><li>
Coordinates registration for department related events.</li><li>
Monitors and assigns KACE tickets as requested to ensure projects are assigned and completed in a timely manner.</li><li>
Monitors room request and assists with assigning and booking of all conference rooms. Is responsible for communicating AV and space set up as needed.</li><li>
Provides support for and participates in various internal and external events.</li><li>
Helps to support SP activities, including but not limited to scheduling Sims, PDU sessions, annual meetings and generates invoices.</li><li>
May assist Quality Department with various administrative tasks to include user audits and mortality report audits.</li><li>
Provides administrative support for the organization, including scanning, filing, data collection and entry, creating visual presentations, education materials, and scheduling meetings.</li><li>
Serves as back up to the Organizational Support Associate to include providing front desk coverage, assisting with correspondence, catering, event set up and take down, posting and sorting mail, and restocking supplies in both the kitchen and mailroom.</li><li>
Responsible for internal and external correspondence including but not limited to Micro Lab outcome letters, Hospital Services outcome letters, Finance Donation letters, Funeral home, and OCME outcome letters etc. Assists with Aftercare letters as needed.</li><li>
All other duties as assigned.</li></ul></div>
