Job description:ob description:We are seeking a results-driven Sr SEO Analyst with a strong background in driving organic growth and leading SEO strategies. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in the software industry, along with exposure to PPC and social media management. The candidate must be capable of leading a team, analyzing performance, and delivering measurable results in line with business goals.Experience Required: 3-5 YearsIndustry Preference: Software / IT IndustryKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, rankings, and traffic.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO specialists, assigning tasks and ensuring high-quality execution.</li><li>Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify opportunities.</li><li>Optimize website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions.</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.</li><li>Collaborate with the content, development, sales &amp; marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied.</li><li>Oversee and optimize Google Ads campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and alignment with SEO strategies.</li><li>Plan, execute, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, trends, and industry best practices.</li><li>Manage technical SEO, including site audits, crawlability, indexation, and page speed optimization.</li><li>Create detailed SEO reports and provide actionable insights for management.</li><li>Work closely with stakeholders to align SEO, paid ads, and social media efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, with at least 1 year in a leadership or team management role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, technical SEO, Google Ads optimization, and social media management.</li><li>Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.</li><li>Experience in the software/IT industry is highly preferred.</li><li>Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms (WordPress is a plus).</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and project handling skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently while leading a team in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Familiarity with AI-driven SEO tools and automation.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
