This role is crucial in managing the full project lifecycle &mdash; from handling client enquiries to estimating costs, preparing competitive quotes, and overseeing procurement after order confirmation.Key ResponsibilitiesEnquiry &amp; Costing Management<ul><li>Receive and review client enquiries to understand technical and commercial needs</li><li>Analyze requirements, estimate accurate costs, and determine competitive pricing strategies</li><li>Clarify technical and commercial queries directly with clients, if required</li></ul>Supplier Coordination &amp; Quote Preparation<ul><li>Source, negotiate, and obtain supplier quotations aligned with client requirements</li><li>Perform cost analysis and finalize the most competitive pricing</li><li>Prepare, review, and submit detailed and competitive client quotes in a timely manner</li></ul>Purchase Order &amp; Procurement Management<ul><li>Review customer POs, ensuring they match the approved quotations</li><li>Issue POs to suppliers, track orders, and ensure timely delivery</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers on necessary documentation (invoices, HS codes, Certificates of Origin)</li></ul>Logistics &amp; Delivery Coordination<ul><li>Collaborate with the operations team to manage smooth, on-time deliveries</li><li>Quickly resolve procurement or supply chain issues to maintain customer satisfaction</li></ul>Key Requirements✅ 2&ndash;4 years of solid work experience in estimation, costing, procurement, or related functions ✅ Strong MS Excel skills for pricing, cost estimation, and data handling ✅ Excellent time management to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently ✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills with both suppliers and clients ✅ Prior experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering industries is a plusWhy Join Us?- Work with a fast-growing company. - Gain exposure to the technology, high precision engineering and industrial sectors - Build a rewarding career path in estimation, procurement, and supply chain managementJob Types: Full-time, PermanentApplication Question(s):<ul><li>This position is based in Cochin, Kerala.
