Role Overview:
We are seeking Outbound Sales Representatives to join our high-performing Sales team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service who thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with uncapped earning potential. You will be responsible for engaging prospective customers and driving acquisition of Fiber Internet services for residential households.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Represent a major regional telecommunications provider, driving outbound acquisition sales.</li><li>
Promote and sell advanced fiber-optic internet solutions across a 20-state territory.</li><li>
Proactively engage prospective customers to assess needs and deliver tailored solutions.</li><li>
Conduct clear comparisons between current internet services and our superior technology and promotions.</li><li>
Confidently overcome objections by articulating value, reliability, and long-term benefits.</li><li>
Build trust and rapport to drive customer satisfaction and retention.</li><li>
Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.</li><li>
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product enhancements.</li><li>
Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and elevate overall performance.</li><li>
Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.</li></ul>
What You Bring:<ul><li>
Experience in sales, call centers, retail, hospitality, customer service, or marketing</li><li>
Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills</li><li>

Education &amp; Experience:<ul><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred</li><li>
Minimum of 6 months customer service or call center</li><li>
1+ years of sales experience (Required)</li><li>
1+ years of telecommunications experience (Required)</li><li>
1+ years of B2B sales experience (Preferred)</li></ul>
Physical Requirements:<ul><li>
Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds if necessary</li></ul>
