What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>

Stay detail-focused &ndash; document interactions accurately and communicate clearly with customers, providers, and clients.</li><li>
Adapt with ease &ndash; handle diverse call types, shifting priorities, and multiple technology platforms.</li></ul>
Requirements:

What We&rsquo;re Looking for:<ul><li>Type 25+ WPM with accuracy.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to show empathy and stay composed.</li><li>Service-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for helping people in urgent situations.</li><li>Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments (call centers, dispatch, hospitality, or similar).</li><li>Comfort using CRM, mapping tools (Google Maps), and dispatch software.</li><li>Ability to provide real-time updates to customers, providers, and clients throughout the dispatch process.</li></ul>
Education and Experience:<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.</li><li>6+ months of customer service experience</li></ul>
Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, if necessary.</li></ul>
