Requirements : Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, lumion rendering, 3ds Max, and other relevant drafting software to create 3D design.Candidates should have 2 to 3 years UAE experience and must be available in UAE for face to face interview.Swimming pool and landscape experience will be an added advantage.Resposibilities:<ul><li>Prepare 2D drawings using AutoCAD based on design concepts, sketches, and project requirements.</li><li>Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure coordination across disciplines.</li><li>Develop as-built drawings and update existing CAD files as required.</li><li>Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, codes, and regulations.</li><li>Assist engineers, architects, and quantity surveyors in reviewing design accuracy and material take-offs.</li><li>Maintain drawing records, revisions, and document control according to project documentation procedures.</li><li>Conduct site visits or measurements when necessary to verify existing conditions or gather data.</li><li>Support project teams in preparing shop drawings, layouts, and detailing for construction purposes.</li><li>Collaborate closely with design and project teams to meet deadlines and maintain drawing quality.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to AED3,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>UAE: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Deadline: 05/03/2025
