The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT systems, digital platforms, and online presence, with additional support to HR operations being an advantage.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and maintain company website, including updates and basic troubleshooting</li><li>Handle domain management, hosting, and email configurations</li><li>Manage and monitor company social media accounts</li><li>Support digital marketing activities, including online promotions and campaigns</li><li>Create and edit basic designs using Photoshop (banners, posts, marketing materials)</li><li>Ensure smooth functioning of IT systems and provide technical support when required</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for IT-related services</li><li>Assist with HR department tasks</li><li>Maintain HR files, databases, and employee information systems</li><li>Support payroll, attendance, and leave management systems</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor requirements</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>4&ndash;5 years of relevant IT experience in the UAE</li><li>Strong knowledge of website management, domains, and hosting</li><li>Experience handling social media platforms</li><li>Good knowledge of digital marketing</li><li>Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop</li><li>Familiarity with HR-related IT systems or processes is a plus</li><li>Working knowledge of HR processes and documentation</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks</li></ul>Language Skills<ul><li>Hindi: Required</li><li>English: Required</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Digital marketing tools and analytics</li><li>Content management systems</li><li>HR software or ERP system exposure</li><li>Knowledge of UAE labor law</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Salary based on experience and skills</li><li>Professional work environment</li><li>Opportunity to grow and enhance IT and digital skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
