ob Description:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect / Interior Designer to design, plan, and execute interior and architectural projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, technical expertise, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts</li><li>Prepare layout plans, drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentations</li><li>Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and preferences</li><li>Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures</li><li>Work closely with contractors, vendors, and project teams</li><li>Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budgets</li><li>Conduct site visits and oversee execution work</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and industry standards</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as an Architect or Interior Designer</li><li>Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc.)</li><li>Strong creativity and attention to detail</li><li>Good communication and client-handling skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Knowledge of UAE building regulations is a plus</li><li>Immediate joiners preferred</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Career growth opportunities</li><li>Supportive and professional work environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
