If you're motivated, service-oriented, and eager to grow in a dynamic med spa setting, we&rsquo;d love to meet you.********Pay Range: Competitive base pay with the potential for higher earnings through tips, bonuses, and commissions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Deliver a variety of esthetic services, including:</li><li>Facials</li><li>Body waxing</li><li>Conduct personalized client consultations to recommend appropriate treatments and skincare regimens.</li><li>Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene protocols for all treatment areas, tools, and equipment.</li><li>Use salon software (such as Acuity) for scheduling and managing client records.</li><li>Promote skincare and beauty products to support client results and boost retail sales.</li><li>Assist with front desk operations, including client check-in, appointment booking, and general inquiries.</li><li>Perform product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare techniques and routines.</li><li>Ensure every client enjoys a positive, welcoming, and results-driven experience.</li></ul>Preferred Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills with a focus on client satisfaction.</li><li>Proficiency in esthetic techniques such as threading, dermabrasion, deep tissue massage, and hair extensions.</li><li>Familiarity with social media platforms for promoting services and engaging with clients online.</li><li>Strong knowledge of color theory and sales strategies to enhance product recommendations.</li><li>Experience in salon or med spa environments, including some understanding of business operations.</li><li>Clear and professional communication skills to build lasting client relationships and work effectively with team members.</li></ul>Join Luma Esthetics, a spa and cosmetic store located at Rockville, MD 20850and become part of a team that&rsquo;s redefining beauty, wellness, and client care.
