Established in 2003.We are looking for enthusiastic and well experienced candidate for post of Maintenance And Project Head for our well-known drug pharma company since 2003.Job Title: Maintenance And Project HeadLocation: Plant - Sojitra, Dist. Anand, Gujarat Experience Required: Minimum 8&ndash;10 years (with at least 3 years in a leadership/project management role) Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical)Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the end-to-end execution of all new and ongoing projects, from concept to commissioning.</li><li>Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with company strategy.</li><li>Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.</li><li>Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, quality, and safety teams to ensure smooth execution.</li><li>Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiations, and performance monitoring.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, quality, statutory, and GMP standards.</li><li>Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.</li><li>Conduct regular progress reviews and present status reports to senior management.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency, cost optimization, and process innovation.</li><li>Mentor and guide project engineers and execution teams.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Proven experience in industrial/manufacturing project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or chemical sector.</li><li>Strong understanding of equipment installation, utilities, and plant commissioning.</li><li>Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.</li><li>Familiarity with GMP norms, EHS standards, and statutory compliance.</li><li>Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
