Who will I be working with? In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, you will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors and instructors. 
What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an active Top Secret / SCI clearance. Must be willing to take/pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination.

What will I be doing? Using your expertise as a Scrum Master, you will be providing support to government and military stakeholders to ensure intelligence professionals worldwide have the right access to the right data consistently through a variety of support services. In addition, you will:
<ul>
<li>Facilitate daily SCRUM, stand-ups, and meetings to support the DCD Agile Software Development Process</li>
<li>Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices</li>
<li>Work closely with the Requirements Engineer to review requirements from customers</li>
<li>Assist development team to define and maintain Work in Progress and Sprint task limits</li>
<li>Work with business stakeholders to define and prioritize new features/enhancements to be add into DCD projects</li>
<li>Assist development team to make progress on the project by ensuring each person is working on the right tasks, helping to remove any obstacles to the team members&rsquo; progress, and protecting the team from distractions</li>
<li>Plan and organize demos and product/system testing</li>
<li>Facilitate planning sessions to defining the Epics, Feature, and Backlog items as well as the estimated level of effort estimates for development</li>
<li>Facilitate Sprint planning sessions and provide oversight and guidance to define the tasks to include in each Sprint</li>
<li>Monitor and track project progress and performance against agreed upon project plans</li>
<li>Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul> 


What experience, training, and education do I need?

You must meet the minimum requirements:
<ul>
<li>Active Top Secret / SCI clearance and able to take/pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination</li>
<li>5 years experience working with software developers and customers to scope projects, estimate levels of effort, and evaluate customer requirements to create applications to deploy to Microsoft SharePoint (both out-of-the-box and with custom coded) and to Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) using the Microsoft .NET Framework</li>
<li>3 years of experience mentoring junior personnel on proper practices and procedures</li>
<li>5 years of experience with the SDLC and Agile processes.</li></ul>
