Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and transporters for timely movement of goods</li><li>
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and documentation for imports and exports</li><li>
Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays or issues</li><li>
Prepare and maintain accurate records of transactions, invoices, and shipping documents</li><li>
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate rates for transportation and logistics services</li><li>
Track and optimize logistics costs to improve efficiency</li><li>
Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, finance, operations) for smooth execution</li><li>
Handle insurance claims and risk management related to shipments</li><li>
Stay updated on changes in customs regulations, trade policies, and compliance norms</li></ul>
