<p>We aim to hire a Technical Project Manager to enhance our data-driven decision-making by overseeing data management, generating business insights, integrating BI technologies, and effectively managing delivery across project(s). This role will drive strategic growth and operational efficiency through effective data utilization.</p><br>

<p><b>Key Result Areas and Activities</b><b>:</b></p>
<ul><li><p><b>Enhanced Customer Satisfaction:</b> Work with the client stakeholders and cross functional team(s), internal or external, to ensure the team delivers the services as per their expectations leading to high customer satisfaction.</p>
</li></ul><ul><li><p><b>Manage contract &amp; financial performance: </b>Own the overall contractual and financial performance of the account by working with Financial Analyst(s) and Legal team for existing and new potential opportunities.</p>
</li></ul><ul><li><p><b>Grow &amp; develop business:</b> Accountable for coming up with a strategy at an account level to identify new opportunities by developing deep understanding of their overall technical set up and upcoming priorities over period.</p>
</li></ul><ul><li><p><b>Team Leadership &amp; Resource Management:</b> Lead and mentor a team of Analytics developers and Data engineers, managing resources effectively, addressing constraints, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.</p>
</li></ul><ul><li><p><b>Project Planning &amp; Execution:</b> Develop and execute comprehensive project plans that meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.</p>
</li></ul><ul><li><p><b>Risk Management</b>: Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success and compliance with data privacy and security regulations.</p>

<ul><li><p>11+ years of experience in data analytics or related fields, with at least 8 years in a managerial role.</p>
</li></ul><ul><li><p>Good understanding of data analytics, data warehousing, and reporting tools.</p>
</li></ul><ul><li><p>Proven track record of delivering successful data analytics projects and involvement in managing end-to-end delivery which includes managing Finances, Stakeholder management.</p>
</li></ul><ul><li><p>Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).</p>
</li></ul><ul><li><p>Familiarity with cloud platforms and their data services.</p>
</li></ul><ul><li><p>Relevant certifications such as PMP is a must.</p><br>
</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Desirable Skills</b><b>:</b></p>
<ul><li><p>Advanced degrees or specialized certifications in data analytics or project management are a plus.</p>

<ul><li><b>Provide Advisory, Sales, and Marketing Support</b> &ndash; Support pre-sales activities including engaging prospects, conducting workshops, developing point of views/solutions/scoping, writing proposals, engaging partners, and supporting sales and marketing enablement.</li>
<li><b>Contribute to Organizational Strategy</b> &ndash; Provide thought leadership in the market, support GTM partnerships with channel partners, lead prioritized initiatives.</li>
<li><b>Provide Advisory and Consulting Services </b>&ndash; Drive and execute consulting engagements in areas of Cloud and Data Engineering, Data Integration and Virtualization, Data Science and Advanced Analytics for Infocepts clients.
</li><li><b>Identify and Exploit New Technologies &ndash; </b>Proactively maintain market trends, drive innovations and technology evaluations, engage teams and customers to determine top challenges. Lead key engagements to co-create and support successful delivery of InfoCepts solutions.</li>
<li><b>Systematically Develop and Maintain Offerings </b>&ndash; Support offering development and lead its pilot implementation. Create implementation methodologies, processes, templates are defined, enhanced, and internalized for the prioritized solutions.

<ul><li>12+ years of experience in Program Management, Stakeholder management and Presales</li>
<li>Strategy, Planning, and Execution: Translate business priorities into actionable plans, collaborate on annual strategies, and manage growth and delivery priorities, including capacity planning, revenue, margins, and utilization. Requires account mining, growth, building customer relationships, and networking capabilities.</li>
<li>Build Client Loyalty and Focus on Growth: Establish long-term relationships with customer stakeholders to understand their strategic priorities, and collaborate with business leads to develop sales pitches, demos, and proposals for account expansion.</li>
<li>Quality and Performance: Ensure timely and effective client onboarding, maintain high performance and governance standards, lead program kick-offs and milestone reviews, and adhere to delivery excellence protocols through proactive reviews and risk mitigation.</li>
<li>Fulfillment, Assimilation, and Retention: Ensure adequate staffing and oversee team allocation, while promoting rotation, growth, mentoring, and retention of team members.</li>
<li>High Performing Teams: Guide and manage teams, set and monitor performance targets, address issues, foster a culture of performance, ensure personal growth, motivate, and develop team capabilities for higher responsibilities.</li>

<p><b>Desirable Skills:</b></p>
<ul><li>Experience in Retail, Life Science or Media industries is preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge &amp; expertise sharing - Promote knowledge sharing and best practices through expert sessions and tech talks, enhance project management capability with training, maintain an up-to-date knowledge management system, and support the growth portfolio with value propositions and thought leadership.</li>
<li>Experience with Program Management tools like Microsoft Sharepoint, Spreadsheets etc.</li></ul><br>
