Roles &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Create visually appealing and effective graphic designs including logos, brochures, banners, social media visuals, and other marketing collateral.</li><li>Design, develop, and maintain visually engaging and user-friendly websites aligned with brand guidelines.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the marketing and development teams to translate project requirements into creative design solutions.</li><li>Work on responsive web design ensuring compatibility across browsers and devices.</li><li>Assist in the development of UI/UX for web and digital platforms.</li><li>Support motion graphics and video editing tasks as required, contributing to brand storytelling through multimedia content.</li><li>Maintain and update existing design projects and ensure quality and consistency across deliverables.</li><li>Manage design assets and ensure timely delivery of creative elements to stakeholders.</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile<ul><li>Experience: 6 months to 2 years in graphic design and web design.</li><li>Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, etc.</li><li>Good knowledge of web design tools and technologies including Adobe XD, Figma, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.</li><li>Experience in responsive and mobile-first web design principles.</li><li>Basic familiarity with motion graphics and video editing tools like Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and attention to detail.</li><li>Good visual and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 3 monthsPay: &#8377;8,920.32 - &#8377;15,919.49 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Graphic design: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Web design: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
