Job Description<ul><li>Develop engaging and informative content, including written materials, videos, and interactive courses for the Knowledge Hub.</li><li>Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather accurate information and ensure the content is relevant and up-to-date.</li><li>Utilise various multimedia tools to create high-quality videos and visual content that enhance the learning experience.</li><li>Organize and structure content in a user-friendly manner to facilitate easy navigation and effective learning.</li><li>Continuously update and improve existing content based on feedback and new information.</li><li>Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and educational standards.</li><li>Work closely with the training and development team to identify learning needs and create appropriate content.</li><li>Monitor the usage and effectiveness of the content, adjusting as and when necessary to improve engagement and outcomes.</li></ul>Eligibility<ul><li>Proven experience in content creation, instructional design, or a related field.</li><li>Proficiency in multimedia tools and software for creating videos and interactive content.</li><li>Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.</li><li>Excellent organizational and project management abilities.</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and work as part of a team.</li><li>Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online education platforms.</li><li>Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for learning and development</li><li>Experience in the Logistics / Shipping Industry will be an added advantage.</li><li>Experience with corporate training or adult education will be advantageous.</li><li>Should be an immediate Joiner</li><li>Work From Office On Contract Basis for 6 months</li><li>Work Timings: Australian Shift Monday - Friday (5:30 am to 2:30 pm IST)</li></ul>Interested Candidates can share your updated CV to jobs@infosearchbpo.com or can Contact HR @ 044-42925000Job Type: Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 6 monthsPay: &#8377;350,000.00 - &#8377;500,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In personExpected Start Date: 01/12/2025
