What this role is all about<div></div>
As an Account Executive at Infobip, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle and play a critical role in driving sustainable revenue growth. You will work closely with prospects and customers to understand their business challenges and position Infobip&rsquo;s solutions as long-term value drivers. You will be part of a collaborative, high-performing sales team that partners closely with product, marketing, and support to deliver outstanding customer outcomes. This role is well suited for someone motivated by ownership, impact, and building trusted client relationships.
What you&rsquo;ll do<ul><li>
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets</li><li>
Identify, qualify, and progress new business opportunities using a variety of prospecting techniques</li><li>
Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand customer challenges and map them to Infobip&rsquo;s product portfolio</li><li>
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients</li><li>
Own and manage the full sales cycle, including contract negotiations and deal closure</li><li>
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction</li><li>
Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies</li><li>
Address client objections and concerns with structured problem solving and critical thinking</li><li>
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders</li><li>
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and up-to-date opportunity data in the CRM system</li></ul><div></div>
What makes you a strong fit<ul><li>
Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a comparable sales role, ideally within SaaS or telecommunications</li><li>
Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of business drivers and value-based selling</li><li>
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with demonstrated experience in contract negotiations</li><li>
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities in complex sales environments</li><li>
Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and drive alignment toward shared goals</li><li>
Good understanding of industry dynamics relevant to Infobip&rsquo;s solutions</li><li>
Confident objection-handling skills and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales processes</li><li>
Solid product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn and position technical solutions</li><li>
Proficiency in sales prospecting techniques, tools, and CRM systems</li><li>

 What this role is all about?
 
 
 
 To achieve our mission of reaching every mobile user on the planet, it is essential to continue building great relationships with new clients. As Account Executive, you will directly impact how our business moves and succeeds by helping new clients growing their businesses.
 
 
 The main goal for this role is to identify business opportunities with current leads/clients and prospective key clients and to sell Infobip&rsquo;s product/service offering to its High-touch clients in the designated area and to proactively recommend solutions to our clients.
 
 
 In addition to the actual sales activities, the Account Executive is usually one of the most experienced sales representatives so it is expected of him/her to share his/her knowledge with the rest of the team members, mentor newly recruited sales team members, answer technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members.
 
 
 
 What You'll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Focus on lead qualification and closure for successful sale
 </li>
 <li>
 Sell a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a customer&rsquo;s base (provided target account list) in designated team/squad.
 </li>
 <li>
 Involve specialists when needed for particular aspects of overall sales (e.g., SE for demo)
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage sales through forecasting, account resource requesting, account strategy, and planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain client relationships by collaborating with AMs, CSEs or Inside Sales team to sell and maintain account health
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with BDR teams to take over the lead
 </li>
 <li>
 As required cross sell for existing accounts on complicated deals (e.g., renegotiation)
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What makes you a strong fit?
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5 years applicable experience including 2 years of solution sales (in certain situations SaaS sales experience needed)
 </li>
 <li>
 Successful sales track record - commission earnings
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Infobip knowledge and/or knowledge of Infobip's competitors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Interaction with C level players.
 </li>
 <li>
 Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor degree or equivalent
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent English language
 </li>
 <li>
 Having a background in the telecommunications industry is a plus
