She must be capable of ensuring the employee and employer happiness for the success of the organization.Key Highlights Of Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy</li><li>Enhances the organization&rsquo;s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.</li><li>Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.</li><li>Manage the recruitment and selection process</li><li>Champion the onboarding process, ensuring the process is up to date and of high quality, providing clarity and connection for all employees and their role in relation to the overall vision</li><li>Handle confidential matters with discretion</li><li>Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.</li><li>Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.</li><li>Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization</li><li>Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.</li><li>Nurture a positive working environment</li><li>Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance</li><li>Manages a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; and recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.</li><li>Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs</li><li>Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics</li><li>Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management</li><li>Supporting employee opportunities for professional development</li><li>Managing succession planning of staff</li><li>Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.</li><li>Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.</li><li>Maintaining and revising the company&rsquo;s handbook on policies and procedures</li></ul>You Can Apply If you have The Following:<ul><li>Proven working experience as HR Manager or other Senior HR Executive</li><li>Minimum 5 years experience in human resources or recruitment in IT industry</li><li>Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset</li><li>Fluent in English.</li><li>Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution</li><li>Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems</li><li>People oriented and results driven</li><li>Knowledge of HR systems and databases</li><li>Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills</li><li>Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills</li><li>Masters in human resources management or equivalent.</li><li>Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.</li><li>Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel etc.</li><li>PHR/SPHR certification is an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;75,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
