We are a small design company with a friendly atmosphere, featuring top national brands. We're looking for a team player who's hardworking and dedicated to growing with us. Preference will be given to those with proven experience in project management and custom kitchen design background.Position Details:<ul><li>5 years+ proven track record in exceeding sales goals</li><li>Accurate and efficient translation of rough measures into working designs</li><li>Knowledge of 20/20 Design software is a MUST!</li><li>Creating quotes for cabinetry, counters, installation, and any other material or labor</li><li>Managing design process from initial layout to ordering and installation</li><li>Participate in showroom duty/sales coverage as required</li><li>Excellent people skills</li><li>Microsoft Office, Email, computer, and typing skills</li><li>Detail-oriented, self-starter, should have the desire to succeed, along with a great attitude</li><li>Looking for a person that will participate, contribute and strengthen relations with customers and team members, peers and other sites or departments.</li></ul>Applicants must possess a strong sales skill set and be self-directed.
