<div>Seeking an experienced IT Specialist to provide onsite technical support in a 24/7 correctional facility. This role supports ~1,500 users and handles a wide range of IT systems, security technologies, and user support.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Install, configure, and maintain PCs, servers, networks, VoIP, cameras, and security systems</li><li>
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues</li><li>
Perform cabling, fiber optics, and hardware replacements</li><li>
Support security systems (door controls, cameras, recording systems)</li><li>
Act as primary help desk contact; manage tickets and resolve issues</li><li>
Set up user accounts and manage access</li><li>
Maintain inventory and system documentation</li><li>
Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and implementations</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience</li><li>
5+ years of hands-on IT support experience</li><li>
Strong knowledge of networking, wireless, fiber optics, and security systems</li><li>
Experience with system troubleshooting, deployments, and maintenance</li><li>
Excellent communication and customer service skills</li></ul></div>
