 Art Director
 
 to lead the creative vision behind next-generation digital learning experiences. This is a high-visibility role for a design leader who thrives at the intersection of
 
 visual storytelling, emerging technologies, and AI-enhanced media design
 
 .
 
 
 
 
 
 You will shape the creative direction for global clients, mentor a talented design team, and guide early-stage solutioning to bring bold concepts to life across eLearning, multimedia, and immersive formats.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 
 Creative Leadership &amp; Direction
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Set the visual direction for digital learning solutions across modalities including WBT, ILT, microlearning, simulations, and immersive experiences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create high-quality visual assets including UI/UX elements, motion graphics, illustrations, animations, and interactive media.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coach, mentor, and elevate designers through structured reviews, creative exploration, and feedback.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Client Engagement &amp; Visual Strategy
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Serve as the creative lead in client conversations, translating business and learning goals into compelling visual strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Present, defend, and refine creative concepts with confidence and clarity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead client-facing design workshops and contribute to early solutioning and scoping for new engagements.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 AI-Enhanced Design &amp; Media Innovation
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Use AI and automation tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, etc.) for prototyping, concepting, and accelerating production.
 </li>
 <li>
 Explore immersive media such as 360-degree visuals, AR/VR, and avatar-led experiences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Champion forward-thinking trends and push our creative practice toward continuous innovation.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Collaboration &amp; Execution
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Partner closely with Instructional Designers, Project Managers, and Developers to ensure visual design aligns with learning objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate scripts, storyboards, and conceptual ideas into engaging visual experiences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Uphold standards for accessibility, brand alignment, and responsive design.
 </li>

 Job requirements
 
 
 
 What You Bring
 
 
 
 
 Education &amp; Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s in Graphic Design, Media Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 8 to 12 years of digital design experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or director-level creative role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in digital learning, multimedia content, or technology-driven creative environments strongly preferred.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Tools &amp; Platforms
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Deep proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with eLearning and media tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Camtasia, Vyond, Figma, and Canva Pro.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong working knowledge of AI-based design tools including Firefly, Midjourney, and Runway ML.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with immersive media platforms like Adobe Aero, Marzipano, and Pano2VR.
 </li>
 </ul>

 Understanding of SCORM, xAPI, and LMS-related design considerations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience applying WCAG accessibility principles and responsive design best practices.
