</b></h3></div></div><div><div><div><div><div><p>We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst with 2+ years of experience to join our expanding FSM team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will focus on script automation, with Selenium expertise being highly desirable. You will also contribute to automating FSM-related scripts and perform some manual testing tasks.</p><p>
Knowledge of Generative AI and its application in productive scripting is a strong advantage. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this position.</p><p><b>
A Day in Life Typically Includes:</b></p><br>
<ul>
 <li>Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and user stories.</li>
<li>Perform manual and automated testing across web-based and cloud-native applications.</li>
<li>Identify, log, and track defects using tools such as JIRA, collaborating with development to ensure timely resolution.</li>
<li>Work in Agile/Scrum teams to ensure continuous testing, integration, and delivery pipelines.</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally to understand application use cases, industry-specific workflows, and regulatory compliance requirements.</li>
<li>Participate in user story reviews and contribute to requirements clarification and risk assessment.</li>
<li>Monitor application performance, usability, and stability throughout the development lifecycle.</li>
<li>Contribute to the enhancement of QA best practices, frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul><br>
<p><b>Required Skills:</b></p><ul><li>
2 years of experience as a QA / QA Associate role.</li><li>
Strong understanding of business analysis practices and software development life cycle (SDLC).</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>

Familiarity with ERP systems is a strong advantage.</li><li>
