As a Quality Assurance Engineer, Associate you are guided by testing principles and values. You play a key role in the testing and quality assurance of Infor&rsquo;s highly innovative cloud. You will own, advocate and guard all aspects of QA in collaboration with software engineers, business analysts, architects, product managers, development managers.</div><br>

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:</b></h3><br>
<ul>
<li>
Proactively sharing knowledge and advocating excellence within the department.</li>
<li>Helping business experts analyzing product requirements and formulating testing scenario&rsquo;s.</li>
<li>Executing testing scenario&rsquo;s, tasks, reporting their statuses, and escalating issues when needed.</li>
<li>Identifying risks and recommending actions to minimize them.</li>
<li>Continuously focus on product and process improvements.</li></ul><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Basic Qualifications:</b></h3><br>
<ul>
<li>
Experience delivering mutually beneficial customer outcomes. Having a focused mindset, being result driven, hands-on, collaborative, proactive and accurate.</li>
<li>Experience delivering business value.</li>
<li>Ability to write good quality Test Cases.</li>
<li>Experience with testing complex large scale systems (ERP applications)</li>
<li>Experience with designing tests to mitigate risks and help business analyst define requirements.</li>
<li>Experience on Test Management tools like JIRA, Zephyr or any other tools.</li>
<li>Experience or Knowledge on using automation framework like Selenium, Robotframework or any other automation frameworks.</li></ul><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Preferred Qualifications:</b></h3><br>
<ul>
<li>
Experience testing both functionality and user experience scenarios.</li>
<li>Experience with creating automated test scripts.</li>
<li>Experience in context-based, exploratory, black box, scenario and acceptance testing.</li>
<li>Experience collaborating with both developers, delivering outstanding customer outcomes.</li>
<li>Experience on API testing using any API tools either via Manual or Automation.</li>
<li>Understanding and practical usage of AI in regular workflows.</li>
<li>Experience in working on any ERP applications.</li></ul><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
