Qualifications

Role Overview:
As an Onsite Service Analyst, you will enhance the end-user experience for Informa colleagues by providing physical deskside 1st line support services in selected locations. Job Description 
The Role:
The purpose of the role is to collect all monies owing to Informa within collections policies and procedures to ensure that collection targets are met and to also collect monies owing from customers who have exceeded credit limits or terms to minimize bad debts.
You must be able to maintain a caring, efficient, knowledgeable, and effective interface with customers and colleagues at all times, and resolve customer queries. 
and collect payments within credit terms whilst maintaining and enhancing hard-won customer relationships.
You must ensure that all company policies are adhered to and that specific duties are carried out within set time limits whilst providing excellent service to all Informa customers and colleagues.
The Credit Control Specialist is expected to assume the following key responsibilities plus any other reasonable duties as required:<ul><li>
Ensuring customer portal is highlighted to customers when contacted.</li><li>
Collecting all monies owing to Informa within credit control policies and procedures to ensure that collection targets are met.</li><li>
Collecting monies owed from customers who have exceeded credit limits or terms to minimize bad debts.</li><li>
Building close internal and external relationships with Sales and customers.</li><li>
Ensuring all customer contact notes are entered and updated into SAP or the appropriate system.</li><li>
Managing the outstanding sales balances falling due and contacting customers to obtain payment before the event start date if applicable to your division.</li><li>
Resolving queries in a timely fashion and collecting aged debt with a view to minimizing bad debt provision.</li><li>
Managing simple disputes and escalating complex disputes to the Team Leader.</li><li>
Achieving the monthly cash collection targets set for your specific section of accounts.</li><li>
Look after any unallocated cash items sitting on your set of accounts and work with the Cash Application team to have the monies applied if you are able to gain the appropriate backup from the customer.</li><li>
Providing weekly reports to the Business detailing current levels of debt if applicable for your division.</li><li>

The Role
The Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and ensuring delivery of the marketing programs to support the expansion and growth of the brand. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of data acquisition and growth, marketing automation and building brand awareness and communities.
You&rsquo;ll be strategic and tactical, with the ability to approach campaigns holistically, utilising resources internally and externally to help share the stories and messaging. The Role
The Marketing Executive primarily responsible for helping to plan, develop and implement excellent marketing campaigns for our events in line with the strategic objectives of the business. They are technology-oriented, with the ability to develop, monitor and optimise outbound campaigns and product websites. They are digitally savvy, analytical and data-oriented with a history of continuous improvement and learning from past campaign performance. Experience of marketing technologies (email marketing and CMS systems) is essential, and automation experience is desirable. Job Responsibilities
To work with the marketing manager and marketing team to deliver successful marketing campaigns for exhibitions, conferences, awards or digital products in line with agreed KPI's.
PLANNING &amp; CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT<ul><li>
Work with the marketing managers to deliver marketing campaigns and event websites in line with strategic objectives.</li><li>
Follow and update operational implementation plans and ensure adherence to deadlines (including Gantt charts, Time &amp; Action Plans, Content Calendars, Budget Trackers).</li><li>
Ensure all tracking is in place (as per Informa guidelines) and that as much of the campaign can be attributed to a channel/activity as possible. Develop ways to incentivise monitoring offline channel performance.</li><li>
Evaluate the performance of media, associations, industry partners and social media influencers and provide feedback/recommendations to marketing manager.</li><li>
Coordinate all deliverables with contras and partner marketing agreements</li><li>
Analyse previous performance and work with CRO to recommend website strategy to maximise relevant traffic and conversion</li><li>
Identify the relevant audience profiles, build segments and coordinate with suppliers for the delivery of direct marketing campaigns</li><li>
Raise PO&rsquo;s and maintain budget trackers and manage payments to suppliers</li></ul>
ANALYSIS &amp; INSIGHT<ul><li>
As directed by the marketing manager, monitor campaign performance and produce relevant and timely reports.</li><li>
Share relevant insights with the marketing manager to drive revenues or pursue new opportunities.</li><li>
Analyse and report trends over time and use these insights to build more effective campaigns.</li><li>
Work with data &amp; insights team to capture relevant and timely data (onsite &amp; post-show surveys, registration forms, industry research etc.).</li><li>
Work with internal teams to ensure data governance and data management policies are adhered to.</li><li>
Provide pre-agreed reports during and post-campaign to monitor channel effectiveness and ROI.</li><li>
Use recommended campaign analytics dashboards daily to monitor performance.</li><li>
Become part of a culture of testing and metrics-driven decision making in the team.</li><li>
Share case studies with marketers within the team, EMEA division and Informa Markets business.</li></ul>
MARKETING EXECUTION<ul><li>
Identify the target audience and key segments within the target universe.</li><li>
Send timely, relevant communications through a designated mix of channels and optimise the effectiveness of these channels.</li><li>
Monitor and adjust campaign activity based on performance metrics.</li><li>
Work with other marketers to deliver content through selected channels (email marketing, social media, digital marketing, direct mail etc.).</li><li>
Build, maintain and optimise product websites and work with internal or external support teams to make advancements and maximise conversion from the sites.</li><li>
Manage and format any external files for import into the Informa database.</li><li>
Ensure all marketing collateral, email marketing, website content and digital marketing is thoroughly proofed, adheres to brand guidelines and agreed standards.</li></ul>
