 The Marketing Executive primarily responsible for helping to plan, develop and implement excellent marketing campaigns for our events in line with the strategic objectives of the business. They are technology-oriented, with the ability to develop, monitor and optimise outbound campaigns and product websites. They are digitally savvy, analytical and data-oriented with a history of continuous improvement and learning from past campaign performance. Experience of marketing technologies (email marketing and CMS systems) is essential, and automation experience is desirable.  Job Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 To work with the marketing manager and marketing team to deliver successful marketing campaigns for exhibitions, conferences, awards or digital products in line with agreed KPI's.
 
 
 
 
 
 PLANNING &amp; CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

 Work with the marketing managers to deliver marketing campaigns and event websites in line with strategic objectives.

 Follow and update operational implementation plans and ensure adherence to deadlines (including Gantt charts, Time &amp; Action Plans, Content Calendars, Budget Trackers).

 Ensure all tracking is in place (as per Informa guidelines) and that as much of the campaign can be attributed to a channel/activity as possible. Develop ways to incentivise monitoring offline channel performance.

 Evaluate the performance of media, associations, industry partners and social media influencers and provide feedback/recommendations to marketing manager.
 </li>

 Coordinate all deliverables with contras and partner marketing agreements
 </li>

 Analyse previous performance and work with CRO to recommend website strategy to maximise relevant traffic and conversion
 </li>

 Identify the relevant audience profiles, build segments and coordinate with suppliers for the delivery of direct marketing campaigns
 </li>

 Raise PO&rsquo;s and maintain budget trackers and manage payments to suppliers
 </li>

 ANALYSIS &amp; INSIGHT

 As directed by the marketing manager, monitor campaign performance and produce relevant and timely reports.

 Share relevant insights with the marketing manager to drive revenues or pursue new opportunities.

 Analyse and report trends over time and use these insights to build more effective campaigns.

 Work with data &amp; insights team to capture relevant and timely data (onsite &amp; post-show surveys, registration forms, industry research etc.).

 Work with internal teams to ensure data governance and data management policies are adhered to.

 Provide pre-agreed reports during and post-campaign to monitor channel effectiveness and ROI.

 Use recommended campaign analytics dashboards daily to monitor performance.

 Share case studies with marketers within the team, EMEA division and Informa Markets business.

 MARKETING EXECUTION

 Reporting to the Creative Manager, you&rsquo;ll have experience in all things design and bring the flair, ideas, and skills to deliver innovative experiences...no Comic Sans around here. You should have the skills and attributes to be flexible, versatile and can articulate the value of a concept or visual design to key stakeholders and team members with equal effectiveness.
 
 
 
 
 This role requires a deep understanding of all design and digital executions, from best practice to user behaviors, as well as knowing the latest trends and opportunities in the design industry.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 Who you are:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience as a designer in events industry or with an agency
 </li>
 <li>
 You have strong visual and conceptual skills, with the technical ability behind the computer to back this up
 </li>
 <li>
 You&rsquo;ve got a desire to grow and learn more about workflows, pushing design thinking and working with different visual styles
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizations skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
 </li>
 <li>
 Creative, resourceful, and dedicated to fully understanding the problem before reaching a solution
 </li>
 <li>
 You love working as part of a creative team and bouncing ideas off each other to produce the best possible work
 </li>
 <li>
 You have experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Animation skills are a HUGE plus but not a necessity (if you have references of this make sure you show us)
 </li>
 <li>
 You&rsquo;re an excellent communicator
 </li>
 <li>
 A high attention to detail is a must
 </li>
 <li>
 Having UX/UI skills is a big bonus point
 </li>

 What you'll do:

 Respond to creative design briefs for ongoing projects and team pitches
 </li>
 <li>
 Be proactive and continue to bring forward ideas, both big and small, to pitch to teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to in-house and team feedback in a professional and timely manner
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle ad hoc projects with quick turnaround times when necessary
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep up to date with media production for digital, online and print. Know the technical specifications and best practices for each of them
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in pitch processes and brainstorming sessions with the wider team
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain an organised file structure and data management system that allows all team members to easily access project files
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay up to date with current design trends and always be on the lookout for new techniques, styles, and cool, shiny tricks
 </li>
 <li>
 Oh, and you&rsquo;ll have fun of course.
