The Opportunity 
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative design team! In this role, you will be responsible for producing a wide range of visual materials for marketing campaigns, external client projects, and in-house initiatives. This includes social media content, event branding, digital templates, print collateral, and basic GIFs. 
 
We&rsquo;re looking for a visually-driven individual with a strong command of design software and design principles, passionate about creating impactful and engaging content. Responsibilities<ul><li>
Design and produce visually compelling marketing materials for web, social media, email, presentations, events, and print.</li><li>
Manage multiple concurrent design projects to support branding needs across client and in-house teams (e.g. marketing, events, sales, etc.)</li><li>
Create and adapt social media templates, event creatives, and campaign assets while maintaining brand consistency.</li><li>
Deliver on basic GIF creation for social and digital campaigns.</li><li>
Collaborate with project stakeholders to translate requirements into creative concepts and effective visual designs.</li><li>
Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all deliverables.</li><li>
Prepare design files for both digital and print production.</li><li>
Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.</li><li>
Maintain a well-organized library of templates and design assets.</li></ul>
Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design or related field (preferred).</li><li>
1&ndash;4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or in-house).</li><li>
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).</li><li>
Basic knowledge of Figma.</li><li>
Strong understanding of layout, typography, composition, and color theory.</li><li>
Experience in print media design and digital/web production catering to B2B audiences.</li><li>
Ability to design basic GIFs and simple animations.</li><li>
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining commitment to quality.</li><li>
A portfolio showcasing design skills across both print and digital mediums (required).</li></ul>
Bonus Skills:<ul><li>
Web design and/or UI/UX design</li><li>
Graphics production within Adobe Creative Suite</li><li>
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS WordPress</li></ul>
