Consulting Manager &ndash; Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) Strategy &amp; Leadership</p><div>
We are seeking a dynamic <b>Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) Consulting Manager</b> to lead our Training as a Service (TaaS) consulting team. In this dual leadership and client-facing role, you will <b>coach and mentor a team of DAP specialists</b> while also partnering with enterprise clients to <b>shape, design, and execute their digital adoption strategies</b><b>.</b> You&rsquo;ll bring both <b>thought leadership and delivery oversight</b><b>,</b> ensuring clients unlock the full value of their DAP investments.</div><div></div><div><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Team Leadership to &amp; Coaching</b></h3><ul><li>
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Instructional Designers and DAP Content Developers</li><li>
Provide coaching, feedback, and career development guidance to build team capability and confidence</li><li>
Foster a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement</li><li>
Oversee workload, prioritization, and performance, ensuring client deliverables meet the highest standards</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Client Strategy &amp; Partnership</b></h3><ul><li>
Act as a trusted advisor, guiding enterprise clients on their DAP vision, roadmap, and governance approach</li><li>
Facilitate strategy workshops with client stakeholders to define digital adoption goals, success measures, and change management alignment</li><li>
Translate client business needs into actionable DAP strategies and scalable adoption frameworks</li><li>
Build strong, long-term relationships with client leadership teams</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Solution Design &amp; Delivery Oversight</b></h3><ul><li>
Provide strategic oversight for the design and delivery of WalkMe and other DAP solutions across enterprise applications</li><li>
Ensure solutions align with client adoption goals and integrate seamlessly into their digital ecosystems</li><li>
Review and guide solution design, ensuring user-centric and outcome-focused approaches</li><li>
Partner with project managers to monitor progress, risks, and outcomes</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Thought Leadership &amp; Evangelism</b></h3><ul><li>
Evangelize best practices for digital adoption for our clients</li><li>
Stay current on DAP innovations and advise clients on emerging trends</li><li>
Mentor junior consultants and developers on consulting skills as well as technical best practices</li><li>
Build a team of DAP Consultants</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Required Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Instructional Design, Information Technology, or related field</li><li>
8+ years of experience in DAP design, development, or implementation (WalkMe expertise preferred)</li><li>
3&ndash;5 years of experience in leading consulting teams, coaching talent, and managing client-facing projects</li><li>
Proven ability to consult with executive stakeholders and shape digital adoption strategies</li><li>
Strong project management background (Agile and/or Waterfall)</li><li>
WalkMe Delivery Consultant certification (Preferred)</li><li>
Experience with complementary tools (e.g., SAP Enable Now, Salesforce, ServiceNow) a plus</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
