<div>Information Technology Strategies, INC. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiatives in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to work for our company.
Summary:<ul><li>
Client Agency is Defense Logistics Agency.</li><li>
A CURRENT U.S. Government SECRET Clearance or above. Sponsorship will not be provided.</li><li>
Will assist with system technical tasks, requirements gathering, management, and documentation for project and sustainment work, as well as business process management related to COTS/GOTS HR IT systems.</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
A CURRENT U.S. Government SECRET Clearance or above. Sponsorship will not be provided.</li><li>
Must have 5+ years of relevant experience, including experience with Human Resources IT systems.</li><li>
Must be capable of performing and documenting system configuration and management, completing scope-defined technical tasks, interpreting software test results, and assisting with remediation.</li><li>
Must have experience in requirements tracking, documentation, and creating process/feature documentation.</li><li>
Must be knowledgeable in life-cycle support, including maintenance, administration, and management. Must be able to assist with troubleshooting identified problems and escalate them as needed.</li><li>
Must have understanding of SQL and ETL.</li><li>
Must have prior experience integrating new technologies/systems and their data.</li><li>
Must have prior experience performing requirements analysis for a wide range of users.</li></ul>
Preferences:<ul><li>
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or Skillsoft learning platform</li><li>
Hands-on experience with enterprise COTS/GOTS Learning Management software/HR suites.</li></ul>
