Key Responsibilities<br>
<ul><li>Optimize performance of Python scripts and API response times.</li><li>Integrate AI and LLM tools (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face) into real-world</li></ul>
applications.<br>
<ul><li>Design and manage MongoDB schemas and queries for performance and scalability.</li><li>Containerize applications using Docker for reproducible and isolated environments.</li><li>Ensure code quality through best practices: clean code, testing, and code reviews.</li></ul></div>
<div>Must-Have Skills<br>
<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in Python development, especially in backend/API-heavy</li></ul>
environments.<br>
<ul><li>Strong understanding of MongoDB: indexing, aggregation pipelines, schema design.</li><li>Practical experience using LLM-based tools/APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, etc.).</li><li>Experience with Docker for containerization and deployment.</li><li>Solid grasp of software engineering principles: DRY, SOLID, modular design.</li><li>Strong debugging, profiling, and performance tuning skills.</li><li>Git-based workflow and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.</li></ul>
Nice-to-Have Skills<br>

Must-Have Skills<br>
<ul><li>2&ndash;4 years as a Data Engineer / Databricks Developer</li><li>Strong Python / PySpark / SQL</li><li>Hands-on Databricks &amp; Delta Lake experience</li><li>Experience with Talend / DataStage (Essential)</li><li>Cloud services: Azure or AWS</li><li>Data ingestion &amp; integration (DBs, APIs, Salesforce/SAP)</li><li>Strong understanding of data modeling &amp; distributed systems</li><li>Git, CI/CD, version control &mdash; Azure DevOps experience required</li></ul>
