Qualification
Education and Experience:
<ul><li> Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Legal Studies.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a paralegal.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Proven experience in contract management, litigation support, and handling US-based clients.</li></ul> 

Technical Skills:
<ul><li> Proficiency in contract management tools (e.g., DocuSign, ContractWorks, Clio).</li></ul>
<ul><li> Experience with e-discovery and litigation management platforms (e.g., Relativity, Logikcull).</li></ul>
<ul><li> Expertise in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis, Bloomberg Law).</li></ul>
