The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, implementing, and optimizing integration solutions leveraging Copilot frameworks (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-driven integration platforms). This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build intelligent, automated, and scalable integration systems that enhance financial workflows and decision-making.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions using Copilot tools and AI-driven frameworks.</li><li>Work with financial data systems, ensuring secure and compliant integration between internal and third-party applications.</li><li>Develop and maintain API-based integrations, data pipelines, and automation workflows.</li><li>Leverage AI and Machine Learning models to enhance system intelligence, data analytics, and process automation.</li><li>Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and engineering teams to align AI/ML capabilities with financial business needs.</li><li>Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing integration frameworks for scalability and performance.</li><li>Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in AI-powered integration development.</li><li>Ensure compliance with financial regulations, data governance, and security standards.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>8+ years of experience in software integration, system architecture, or data engineering.</li><li>Proven experience with Copilot tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-powered integration platforms).</li><li>Strong background in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Azure ML.</li><li>Proficiency in Python, Java, or C# for integration and automation development.</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).</li><li>Familiarity with API management, ETL tools, and data integration platforms.</li><li>Strong knowledge of data security, compliance, and financial data governance standards.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;3,000,000.00 - &#8377;4,000,000.00 per yearAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Kovilambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How many Years of Experience you have with Generative AI/LLM/ RAG</li><li>How many Years of Experience you have with Cloud Technologies like AWS/Azure</li><li>Do you have atleast 8+ Years of Expereince in Data Science and Related Field</li><li>How many Years of Experience you have with API-based integrations</li><li>Can you Join max by 1st Week of January 2026</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Python: 7 years (Required)</li><li>Machine learning: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
