Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint IAM Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and managing identity governance and privileged access solutions across hybrid and on-premises environments. Cloud Security Engineer

Role OverviewThe Resident Engineer will be the onsite technical authority for managing, securing, and optimizing Dell Thin Client fleets&mdash;specifically ThinOS environments&mdash;across banking branches and operations. This specialist will ensure full hardware and peripheral compatibility, stringent security posture meeting banking standards (including multi-factor authentication), and deliver hands-on technical support and guidance to IT teams and end users.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee large-scale deployment, integration, and lifecycle management of Dell Thin Clients operating ThinOS within banking environments.</li><li>Lead comprehensive testing, integration, and troubleshooting for all relevant peripherals (e.g., card readers, scanners, printers, biometrics) ensuring full compatibility for branch operations.</li><li>Configure, update, and centrally manage ThinOS devices and peripherals through Wyse Management Suite (WMS), including firmware and driver management.</li><li>Apply and enforce all required bank security measures, such as multi-factor authentication (MFA) using smartcards, biometrics, FIDO2 keys, and SAML/RADIUS-based authentication solutions.</li><li>Work closely with bank security and compliance teams to ensure that ThinOS devices adhere to regulatory requirements, including enabling FIPS 140-2 mode and monitoring device audit status.</li><li>Develop, document, and maintain security policies for endpoint protection; proactively deploy patches and software updates.</li><li>Train and support IT staff in ThinOS management, incident response, and peripheral lifecycle best practices.</li><li>Act as the point-of-contact between Dell, the bank&rsquo;s technical teams, and third-party vendors for specialized peripherals or security workflows.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Extensive, hands-on experience managing Dell Thin Clients (preferably with ThinOS) in a secure environment.</li><li>Proven expertise in the configuration and troubleshooting of banking peripherals: biometric devices, card readers, scanners, and compatible printers.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Wyse Management Suite and Admin Policy Tool for device and security management.</li><li>Understanding of endpoint device compliance, software/firmware updates, and asset lifecycle management.</li><li>Solid background in information security, including deployment and management of multi-factor authentication (MFA) and cryptographic controls in banking or other regulated industries.</li><li>Experience applying and enforcing security frameworks and regulatory requirements (e.g., FIPS, SAML MFA, RADIUS-based authentication).</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills&mdash;capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Industry certifications in Dell, Microsoft, Citrix, or VDI solutions are desirable.</li></ul>Job Type: Temporary Contract length: 2 monthsPay: Up to KD1,494.000 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have hands on experience with Dell ThinOS?</li><li>We mist fill this position immediately.
