About this Role:
<div>
IFS InfraSource is looking for an operator to join our team! Operators work with a team to safely install and replace underground utilities. Duties for an Operator include working in an outdoor construction setting doing physically demanding work. Operators utilize various construction equipment and assists craft workers in performing their assigned duties.</div>
What You'll Do:
<ul><li>Operate power equipment such as excavators, backhoes and front end loaders to excavate or move dirt, rock, sand, gravel and other materials.</li><li>
Push levers and depresses pedals to move machine, to lower, push/pull bucket into material and to lift, swing and dump contents of shovel into truck or stockpile or to power jackhammer.</li><li>
Responsible for safe slopes on excavations and proper barricading.</li><li>
Locate utilities and other buried lines prior to digging.</li><li>
Knowledge of trenching and shoring standards.</li><li>
Inspect and maintains equipment as required.</li><li>
May drive machine to work place, lift and move materials and objects, and operate according to signals from others.</li><li>
Dig, spread and level dirt, gravel or sand; and, mix, pour and spread concrete and asphalt using hand tools.</li><li>
Perform a variety of machine and non-machine tasks such as removing forms, placing pipe in trench, jack hammering and tapping.</li><li>
Exercise proper care, maintenance and operation of company equipment.</li><li>
Work harmoniously, cooperatively and courteously with others at all times.</li></ul>
What You'll Bring:
<ul><li>Must hold a valid Class A CDL</li><li>
DOT Medical Card</li><li>
Pass Pre-Employment drug screen and background check</li><li>
Must be able to stand or walk for long periods with repeated lifting (Up to 50 lbs.), kneeling, crawling, climbing and reaching</li><li>
High school Diploma or equivalent</li></ul>

About this Role:

Laborers are an integral part of our crew at IFS InfraSource. You will work with a team to safely complete underground utility construction projects. Duties for a laborer can be physically demanding and require working in an outdoor construction setting.</div>
What You'll Do:
<ul><li>Load or assist with loading materials or equipment</li><li>
Utilize hand tools to dig near existing underground utilities</li><li>
Prepare pre-trip equipment prior to mobilizing to job site</li><li>
Assist in securing work site, equipment, and materials at the end of each shift</li><li>
Prepare documents, reports, or job aids related to work, equipment, and safety</li><li>
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned</li></ul>
What You'll Bring:
