Administrative Assistant I – Inframark
 Summary of Functions
 The Administrative Assistant I provides entry-level administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of assigned departments. This role is designed for candidates beginning their administrative career with opportunities for development and progression within Inframark.
 Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Answer phones and greet visitors.</li>
<li>Perform data entry and maintain electronic and paper files.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing basic correspondence and reports.</li>
<li>Support scheduling of meetings and appointments.</li>
<li>Maintain office supplies inventory.</li>
<li>Provide general support to staff as needed.</li>
</ul>
Organizational Relationships
 <ul>
<li>Reports to Department Supervisor or Manager.</li>
<li>Works closely with administrative staff and department employees.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
 <ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>0–2 years of administrative support experience.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li>
<li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li>
</ul>
Physical Demands
 <ul>
<li>Extended periods of sitting, typing, and computer use.</li>
<li>Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.</li>
</ul>
Work Environment
 <ul>
<li>Office-based environment with routine administrative duties.</li>
</ul>
Travel
 <ul>
<li>Minimal travel required.</li>
</ul>

Facility & Building Maintenance Technician (Skilled Trades)
 
Build, Repair, and Keep Things Running
 Are you a hands-on trades professional who takes pride in fixing, building, and maintaining facilities? We’re looking for a versatile Maintenance Technician who can jump in across carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing to keep our buildings operating at their best.
 If you enjoy variety in your workday and solving problems on the spot—this role is for you
 What You’ll Do
 In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for facility maintenance, repairs, and improvements:
 HVAC & Mechanical
 <ul>
<li>Service and repair heating and A/C systems (belts, filters, compressors, refrigerant recovery, etc.)</li>
</ul>
Perform ductwork and system troubleshooting
 Electrical
 <ul>
<li>Run and repair electrical lines</li>
</ul>
Replace outlets, lighting fixtures, ballasts, and conduits
 Plumbing
 <ul>
<li>Repair/install toilets, faucets, piping, drains, and water heaters</li>
</ul>
Maintain sewer and drainage systems
 <ul>
<li>Carpentry & General Maintenance</li>
<li>Frame structures and build cabinets or shelving</li>
</ul>
Repair doors, locks, hinges, and structural components
 Perform roofing, gutter, and exterior repairs
 Facilities & Finishing Work
 <ul>
<li>Paint, drywall, ceilings, and acoustical tile installation</li>
</ul>
Assist with masonry and concrete projects
 Additional Responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Transport and maintain tools and equipment</li>
<li>Complete work orders and basic cost estimates</li>
<li>Support team projects and respond to urgent repair needs</li>
</ul>
What You Bring
 
Required: 
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED</li>
<li>4+ years of hands-on maintenance or trades experience</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license</li>
<li>HVAC or Plumbing certification preferred</li>
<li>Experience across multiple trades (electrical, mechanical, carpentry)</li>
</ul>
Work Environment & Physical Demands
 
This is an active, hands-on role that keeps you moving: 
<ul>
<li>Frequent lifting (50+ lbs), climbing, bending, and kneeling</li>
<li>Work indoors and outdoors in changing conditions (heat, cold, noise, dust, etc.)</li>
<li>Exposure to mechanical equipment, heights, and construction environments</li>
<li>Occasional overtime or non-standard hours to meet operational needs</li>
</ul>
