Job SummaryWe are looking for a Senior Architect with at least 3 years of UAE experience in renovation and fit-out projects. This role is hands-on and site-focused. You will supervise construction sites, produce architectural/design drawings, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and directly manage clients from concept to handover.This is not a desk-only role. If you are not comfortable with site pressure, client discussions, or problem-solving on the ground, this position is not for you.Key ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision &amp; Execution<ul><li>Supervise renovation and fit-out works on multiple sites</li><li>Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and UAE regulations</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers</li><li>Identify issues on site and resolve them quickly without delays</li><li>Ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery of projects</li></ul>Design &amp; Technical<ul><li>Prepare architectural drawings for renovation projects</li><li>Coordinate architectural drawings with MEP, joinery, and specialist details</li><li>Review shop drawings, material submittals, and samples</li><li>Provide design solutions suitable for renovation constraints</li><li>3D design capability is a strong advantage (not mandatory)</li></ul>Client Management<ul><li>Act as the main architectural point of contact for clients</li><li>Attend client meetings, site meetings, and inspections</li><li>Explain designs, construction methods, and site progress clearly to clients</li><li>Manage client expectations while protecting project scope, quality, and timelines</li><li>Handle variations and design changes professionally</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Authority<ul><li>Coordinate with authorities when required (Dubai Municipality, developers, consultants)</li><li>Ensure approvals and compliance relevant to renovation works</li><li>Support management in reporting progress and issues</li></ul>RequirementsMandatory<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Architecture</li><li>Minimum 3 years of UAE experience (renovation / fit-out experience is essential)</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices and site conditions</li><li>Proven experience in site supervision</li><li>Ability to deal directly with clients confidently</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)</li><li>Strong communication skills in English</li></ul>Preferred / Advantage<ul><li>Experience in high-end residential or commercial renovations</li><li>3D software skills (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar)</li><li>Knowledge of joinery, finishes, and fit-out details</li><li>Valid UAE driving license</li></ul>Personality &amp; Work Style<ul><li>Strong personality, can handle site pressure</li><li>Organized, decisive, and detail-oriented</li><li>Can say &ldquo;no&rdquo; when needed and protect project quality</li><li>Solution-driven, not excuse-driven</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary based on UAE experience</li><li>Long-term role with growing responsibility</li><li>Direct involvement in high-quality renovation projects</li><li>Professional but fast-paced working environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>UAE : 3 years (Required)</li><li>Renovation &amp; fitout: 5 years (Required)</li><li>architecture: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Fluent English (Required)</li><li>Arabic (Preferred)</li><li>Farsi (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
