A Civil Engineer with a G+1 license will be responsible for overseeing the construction of buildings up to four stories, ensuring they adhere to design specifications, safety regulations, and local authority requirements. This role involves a combination of site supervision, project management, and technical expertise. We are a fitout company &amp; all our Projects are mostly Shell &amp; core.Key Responsibilities&middot; Site Supervision:Ensuring all civil works, including, concrete, and finishing, are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.&middot; Project Management:Managing subcontractors, coordinating with consultants and authorities, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely and within-budget completion.&middot; Technical Expertise:Interpreting drawings, resolving technical issues, and providing solutions to challenges encountered on-site.&middot; Quality and Safety:Enforcing strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, and ensuring the quality of work meets the required standards.&middot; Material Management:Overseeing material procurement, site logistics, and equipment needs.&middot; Documentation:Preparing and maintaining site reports, progress updates, and necessary documentation for approvals and inspections.&middot; Coordination:Liaising with consultants, architects, and local authorities for inspections, approvals, and compliance with regulations.&middot; Compliance:Ensuring all work complies with relevant building codes and regulations, including those set by Dubai Municipality.Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.</li><li>Dubai Municipality (DM) G+1 license is a must</li><li>Proven experience in building construction, particularly G+1 projects.</li><li>Strong understanding of structural and architectural drawings.</li><li>Proficiency in project management software and tools.</li><li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.</li></ul>Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate with various stakeholders.&ldquo;This position is open to male candidates only.&rdquo;Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED7,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
