Job Summary

Service engineer Job is to address all service query related to Site or customer premises and to resolve site visit and support shall be extended for business generation mindset should be clear to convince our customer

Responsibilities

To manage and respond timely on customer calls for assigned territory.
<ul>
<li> Ensure the service call attendance and resolution at the site within the predefined timeline</li>
<li> Independent execution of Installation/ commissioning, overhauling and Troubleshooting of Screw Pump /Booster &amp; Blowers</li>
<li> Supporting customers through technical and administrative activities</li>
<li> Understanding customer needs and concerns/Providing a high level of customer service</li>
<li> Preparing and submitting service reports/ Providing technical directions to the team.</li>
<li> Providing the installation, operation and maintenance training to internal and external customers</li>
<li>Participating in the training of new team members.</li>
<li>Suggesting the adequate spare part for stocking at the site to minimize the machine downtime</li>
<li>Supporting the Aftermarket spare sale team to maximize AMC coverage.</li>
<li>Close coordination with the factory team to ensure timely availability of spares on site.</li>
<li>Supporting spare sales and execution team for payment follow ups.</li></ul> 


Basic Qualifications: -

Diploma /bachelor&rsquo;s degree ( Mechanical )

Self-driven approach 
<ul><li>Good knowledge of the aftermarket (parts &amp; service) within Air Compressors/ Vacuum Pumps, System &amp; Vacuum Industry.
</li>
<li>Good Knowledge of Mechanical components/parts and working of each component.</li>
<li>Decent knowledge of electrical control &amp; instrumentation systems long with process knowledge of various industries, especially in the pharma sector.</li>
<li>Fluent in English/Hindi Language</li>
<li>Valid Passport and Driving License</li>
</ul>
Travel &amp; Work Arrangements/Requirements

70-80% travel across North India 


Key Competencies

Absolute KEY skills needed for role

<li>Minimum 4-5 years&rsquo; experience within the Vacuum Pump/Compressor/Pump Industry.</li>
<li>Fluent in English/Hindi Language</li>

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for purchasing activities related to metal fabrication components , supplier management, ensure meeting delivery dates (On time delivery with right quality), meeting inventory targets, Maintaining optimum stock levels , etc in line with organisation purchasing policies, processes and compliances. Establish program with vendors for operations excellence to manage cashflow, improve speed and accurate deliveries. 


Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Ensure on time delivery / Maintaining NIL revenue loss</li>
<li>Maintain item cost with aligning SOB as per agreements, and exploring new avenues of cost reduction / cost optimisation.</li>
<li>Review and validate technical drawings, specifications, and tolerances for metal fab items</li>
<li>Meet inventory targets</li>
<li>Meeting Kanban and optimising stock levels, and managing complete supply chain</li>
<li>Ordering / scheduling and expediting of material in line with production plan.</li>
<li>Vendor Management and Supplier Relationship management</li>
<li>Vendor performance management (Vendor ratings) and managing ISO audits / compliance audits</li>
<li>Improvement / upgrading Supplier performance.</li>
<li>Managing P2P cycle for the respective profile.</li></ul> 


Basic Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Relevant degree, B.Tech./BE or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university.</li></ul> 


Travel &amp; Work Arrangements/Requirements
<ul>
<li>Travel (As and When required, will be approx. 20-30% max).</li></ul> 


Key Competencies
<ul>
<li>7-10 years&rsquo; experience in Procurement/Purchasing role and managing the procurement/purchasing of metal fabrication materials in line with production and customer requirements</li>
<li>Strong negotiation, analytical and problem -solving skills</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of sheet metal processes, welding, and machining.</li>
<li>Supplier / Vendor Relationship management</li>
<li>Result Oriented and Strong Interpersonal Skills</li>
<li>Good communication Skills</li>
<li>Proficient in MS Office, Excel and ERP/SAP is essential</li></ul>
