Job Overview:
 
Build it. Prove it. Start it up. On the floor and in the field, this isn&rsquo;t a stay-in-one-place technician role. As our Manufacturing Systems Technician, you&rsquo;ll operate in two worlds&mdash;splitting your time between hands-on fabrication in our Sedalia facility (~70%) and field support (~20&ndash;30%). From cutting and assembling PVC/CPVC systems (with some stainless in the mix), this is precision, hands-on work where what you build is exactly what ships&mdash;no separation between effort and outcome. The other 20&ndash;30% of the time, you&rsquo;re on-site, in front of the customer, watching your system come to life. 
 
You&rsquo;ll verify installations, run wet and leak testing, and troubleshoot in real time&mdash;making the call when something&rsquo;s off and fixing it before it slows the project down. When things don&rsquo;t go to plan&mdash;and sometimes they won&rsquo;t&mdash;you&rsquo;re the one who figures it out and keeps everything moving. We&rsquo;re not standing still either. We&rsquo;re expanding and actively scaling, with a strong pipeline of projects already lined up. You won&rsquo;t be stepping into maintenance mode&mdash;you&rsquo;ll be stepping into build mode, where your impact is visible from day one. If you read mechanical drawings, system layouts, without hesitation, work confidently in fabrication, and communicate clearly when it matters&mdash;especially under pressure&mdash;you&rsquo;ll do well here. More importantly, this is for someone who takes ownership when the system is live, not just when it&rsquo;s on paper. Bottom line: This role is built for someone who wants to go beyond building parts&mdash;someone who takes pride in building complete systems and seeing them through to successful startup and real-world performance. 
 
Responsibilities
<ul><li>Operate fabrication equipment including saws, drills, routers, CNC machines, and injection molding equipment to cut, drill, and assemble PVC/CPVC components.</li>
<li>Measure, fit, and assemble parts according to shop drawings, blueprints, and work orders.</li>
<li>Perform machine setups, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting to support efficient production operations.</li>
<li>Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards and specifications.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate production records and report material usage, equipment issues, or production concerns.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals, schedules, and deadlines.</li>
<li>Load and unload shipments, pick and pack orders, and assist with inventory management activities.</li>
<li>Support field installations and system startups for aeration equipment, including inspections and functional verification.</li>
<li>Assist with troubleshooting and communicate effectively with contractors, supervisors, and engineering teams during startup activities.</li>
<li>Follow all workplace safety procedures while maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment.</li>
</ul> 
Requirements:
<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED</li>
<li>1+ years of experience in manufacturing, field experience with equipment installation, startup, troubleshooting.</li>
<li>1+ years of experience reading drawings, blue prints, basic system layouts</li>

Job Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on, influential, and forward-thinking Accounting Manager with an industrial manufacturing history to lead all finance and accounting activities for our Nevada manufacturing site. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact role where you will build, shape, and elevate the financial infrastructure as the site transitions from an external accounting provider into the full Ingersoll Rand operating rhythm. As the on-site finance leader, you will ensure accurate US GAAP reporting, establish strong internal controls, and drive seamless integration into our global finance ecosystem. 
 
You will own the full spectrum of site-level accounting&mdash;including general ledger, AP/AR oversight, inventory and cost accounting, month-end close, tax, financial reporting, and system integrations. Early on, this role is highly hands-on, with the opportunity to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and influence cross-functional partners in a facility new to IR systems and expectations. This position requires a self-starter with strong ownership, keen attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Success in this role also demands the ability to lead through influence, communicate with impact, and drive accountability across the organization.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Control Environment &amp; Compliance; Ensure adherence to strong internal controls during the transition from local accounting to IR standards; maintain SOX compliance in partnership with internal and external audit; and own US GAAP accounting for the entity, ensuring accuracy and a timely monthly close.</li>
<li>Month-End Close &amp; Reporting; Lead the month-end close process end-to-end, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, revenue recognition, inventory accounting, and cost of goods sold; prepare comprehensive analytical reviews of monthly results and variances to plan; and provide weekly and daily reporting to support business operations.
</li><li>Integration &amp; Transition; Partner with the external local accounting provider during the first six months to ensure continuity and data accuracy; lead the internalization of accounting processes, documentation, and controls; support future legal entity migration and system alignment; and build process maps, SOPs , and standardized workflows aligned with Corporate policies.</li>
<li>Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable &amp; Cash; Process AP/AR transactions and maintain accurate aging schedules; reconcile bank statements, apply cash receipts, and coordinate vendor payments; and support credit management and customer collections as needed.</li>
<li>Payroll &amp; Tax Coordination; Collaborate with payroll vendors to ensure accurate salary processing, taxes, and deductions; and support federal, state, and local tax compliance in coordination with Corporate Tax and external service providers.</li>
<li>Continuous Improvement &amp; Ownership Mindset; Drive process optimization opportunities, particularly during the transition to internal teams, while demonstrating strong ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and a willingness to be hands-on across all responsibilities.</li>

Requirements
<ul><li>Bachelor &rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li>
<li>7+ years of progressive accounting experience, applying US GAAP principles</li>
<li>5+ years&rsquo; experience performing month end close, GL accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting, ideally in an industrial manufacturing environment.</li>
<li>3+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel with demonstrated proficiency in advanced formulas such as (Pivot Tables / XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP /SUMIFS / COUNTIFS /AVERAGEIFS)</li>
<li>3+ years of hands-on experience with ERP systems, including accounting and finance modules</li>
</ul>

<ul><li>Financial Reporting &amp; Technical Accounting: Demonstrates strong expertise in US GAAP, general ledger ownership, and full-cycle month-end close, including reconciliations, accruals, inventory and cost accounting, and accurate financial reporting.</li>
