 As a Business Development Manager, you&rsquo;ll play a critical role in driving and improving vendor sales while meeting both vendor and company objectives and targets. Your key responsibilities will include:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Planning, strategizing and executing them along with the PMs assigned for the product
 </li>
 <li>
 Research and study of Ingram Micro's position/market share per region / channel segment and share inputs to the PMs
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the execution of Marketing Plan, working closely with marketing team for implementation and for measuring each event success rate.
 </li>
 <li>
 Suggest Reseller Programs for different Channel Segments to insure the right penetration and sales of different product segments to the right Reseller Segments for the assigned business
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate sales pipeline and ensuring closures through negotiations and value propositions
 </li>
 <li>
 Development of close relations with the vendor, channel at every level.

 What You Bring to the Role:
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for someone with:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 A graduate degree with 8:10 years of experience in IT sales/Business Development.
 </li>
 <li>
 You have experience in Cisco sales or similar products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Enthusiasm and a results-driven mindset with a strong will to succeed.
 </li>
 <li>
 A self-starter, self-motivated, and a team player.
 </li>
 <li>
 A strong &lsquo;customer-first&rsquo; mentality, able to utilize relationships to drive results.
 
 
 </li>
